Well, it appears that at least someone has had enough of the Nazi-like Transportation Security Administration and is willing to fight back. A Twin Cities man is not suing the TSA and the Twin Cities airport operator due to missing his flight because of a long security delay.
The Star Tribune reports:
In the lawsuit filed in federal court last week, Hooman Nikizad said his wait of more than 90 minutes on March 19 before he passed through security screening by the federal Transportation Security Administration (TSA) made him miss his afternoon flight to Los Angeles.
“I had to buy a ticket with another airline to be able to make my destination and meet my obligations,” Nikizad said in his claim, which noted the TSA had limited staff on duty at the time and “only one body scanner for the regular security line [in operation].”
Nikizad, a resident surgeon with the University of Minnesota, said in his suit that the TSA and the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport “have done a very poor job of getting passengers through security.”
Nikizad is suing for a whopping $506.85 to cover the cost of missing his flight and having to purchase a ticket for another flight.
The delays caused by the unconstitutional agency have been mounting. Check out this video from Midway Airport and the ridiculous long lime that people are standing in to pass through a checkpoint that violates the Constitution and not one person probably protested it.
We boast the world’s longest airport security lines. https://t.co/96tNv8yX0c #WereNumberOne

It’s become so ridiculous that some airports are now bringing in clowns, mini therapy horses, snacks and more things to keep passengers from actually realizing the tyranny they are being faced with.
The TSA isn’t that concerned over their criminal activity which delays your flight though. In fact, their solution has been to simply add “more security.”
While I agree that Nikizad should sue them, I would prefer that the lawsuit be over the fact that the TSA is not only unconstitutional, but engaged in clear violations of the Fourth Amendment.
