Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz Being Sued Again: Americans Forfeiting Their Rights To Public Opinion Rather Than The Law, No More!

“In this age, in this country, public sentiment is everything. With it, nothing can fail; against it, nothing can succeed. Whoever molds public sentiment goes deeper than he who enacts statutes or pronounces judicial decisions.”- Abraham Lincoln

How it is that the American people have not yet come to the realization that there are no lawful party affiliations in this country, I know not. People have subjected themselves to this illegal non-sense far too long (Psalm 94:20).

It has even gone so far as to where Americans believe that when the Republican Party is in power, that they are somehow a law unto themselves, and when the Democrats are in power, that they are a law unto themselves. Can someone please show where this is true in the US Constitution? It is a purposed device crafted and accepted by many that is set in place to further divide the American people (Mark 3:25).

We are ruled by law (Article 4, Section 4 US Constitution), not by party affiliations.

Too many have taken on what George Orwell warned of long ago when he said, “Political language-and with variations this is true of all political parties, from Conservatives to Anarchists- is designed to make lies sound truthful…”

I have a question about that which is lawful and that which is unlawful concerning these unlawful edicts implemented by these corrupt politicians today?

Where, I ask, are these governors and mayors deriving authority to implement mask mandates from because it is not constitutional in any sense of the word.

Yet, there are some paying attention to what is delegated and what is constitutional when it comes to these issues (Proverbs 7:2).

SC Times reported:

Let Them Play MN filed a lawsuit Friday against Gov. Tim Walz and state officials.

The organization wants them to repeal mask requirements for some high school and youth athletes during practices and games.

Let Them Play MN bills itself as “a grassroots movement of #TeamMinnesota parents and players who want to resume all sports and activities across the state, safely and responsibly,” according to the organization’s Twitter bio. The organization has 25,000 Facebook members.

The lawsuit filed Friday contends the state hasn’t shown data to support mask mandates. The mask mandate came on Dec. 28 after Gov. Walz announced the resumption of sports practices starting Jan. 4…”

“Let Them Play MN issued a press release on Thursday to announce the organization’s intention to sue Gov. Walz and state officials.

“We have repeatedly asked Governor Walz and MDH to just show us their data demonstrating masks and other restrictions on youth athletes are necessary or even safe,” said Let Them Play’s attorney Sam Diehl in the press release.

The lawsuit has claimed that Gov. Walz and the state officials have been singling out youth athletes while restricting their liberty and ignoring their health.

Conclusion: Americans, refusing to do their own due diligence, have brought these issues to their own front doors (Amos 6:3).

Instead of taking the time to know what their said representatives have been given concerning delegated and constitutional duties, they have given a free hand to those who mean to wield more unconstitutional power over every aspect of their lives (Hosea 4:6), and control which has never been given.
