WASHINGTON – The pundits and the press largely portrayed it as a horrible mistake when Republican candidate Donald Trump declined to say if he would accept the outcome of the presidential election, which he said Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton has “rigged.”
Michele Bachmann, on the other hand, saw it as a courageous example of speaking truth to power.
The former congresswoman told WND, “Thank God for a bold Donald Trump who not only sees this criminality, but who is willing to call it out and fight for the right to have our votes counted and not cancelled by fraudulent voting.”

Columnist Ann Coulter got straight to the point vehemently in an email to WND, referencing the disputed 2000 presidential election, and using capital letters for impassioned emphasis: “AL GORE DIDN’T ACCEPT THE RESULTS OF AN ELECTION UNTIL DEC. 13, AFTER TWO SUPREME COURT RULINGS!!!!! Has anyone who talks about politics on TV ever paid any attention to politics before?”
During the third, and final, debate of the 2016 presidential campaign Wednesday night, moderator Chris Wallace asked the Republican nominee if he would accept the outcome of the election. Trump replied, “I will tell you at the time,” adding, “I’ll keep you in suspense, okay?”
