New York: Rabbi Arrested For Trafficking Mentally Disabled Mothers’ Babies Between Israel & US

The crackdown on child trafficking continues.

In this case, the children were allegedly being given to Mothers who were unable to bear children, but that is no excuse to take from the mothers who actually bore the children.

Remember a similar case with an adoption attorney who worked in Arkansas and Arizona?

What we are seeing now is a lot of the smaller players go down, after high profile cases like Epstein and NXIVM.

From Health Impact News:

Earlier this month (December 2019) The Nazareth Magistrate’s Court in Israel lifted a gag order on a two-year investigation into a suspected baby trafficking ring.

In February 2019 Israeli police arrested five people, including an American rabbi who heads a yeshiva, for allegedly running an international baby trafficking ring that targeted mentally disabled mothers.

The Times of Israel reports:

Rabbi Shmuel Puretz 44, a businessman who divides his time between New York and Jerusalem, is suspected of brokering a deal under which a heavily pregnant Israeli woman was flown to New York and her baby removed from her allegedly against her will, then given for adoption to a childless ultra-Orthodox couple who live in Israel. (Source.)

The Jewish Journal further reports:

Puretz, who denies the allegations, is accused of sending Israeli expectant mothers in need or suffering from a mental disability from within haredi Orthodox communities to the United States so they would give birth there. The babies would be given to childless foster parents who allegedly paid Puretz and others for the babies.

Many details about the affair, including how much money the handlers allegedly charged, are still subject to a gag order.

Yediot Aharanot reported in a 2017 expose about the affair that they charged a $100,000 to $150,000 “handling fee” per child. (Source.)

Israeli twin babies sold in child trafficking scandal in USA
Adi Gino, mother of twin girls sold by child trafficking ring in USA/Israel comes forward to name all the parties involved in the theft of her children. Rabbi Shmuel Puretz is also involved, and currently indicted and charged for another crime of selling babies and coercing a mother.

The business of selling babies.  A lucrative business run by a Jewish Orthodox child trafficking operation.  Babies can be sold for as much as $150,000 each.  News of a gag order partially lifted earlier this month names Rabbi Shmuel Puretz  as a major player in this scam operating between Israel and the USA.

Rabbi Puretz, charged with baby trafficking

The other victim in the news is Adi Gino. She has come forward to give her story in English to the NGO CFI – Children and Families International, of how her twin girls were taken from her several years ago. Currently raising her 3 sons, she has found the courage to tell the story of the network who coerced her into taking her twin girls and then selling them. Despite the fact she was paid expenses at the time, she goes into details as to how she was manipulated by an experienced ring of traffickers. Here is the inside exclusive story of how she was pressured by a sophisticated ring of people to sell her children against her will. Her own country Israel – were waiting to take her babies at the moment of birth, and in the USA, an unscrupulous ring capitalised on her dilemma. Here is her account:

What led you to decide to give your girls for adoption?

It is not as straightforward as this.  I had two sons, and was suffering post natal depression after the birth of my second boy.  I naively went to the Israeli Welfare  for help.  I had no idea what a mistake this turned out to be.  They arranged medication for me, and said they would send me someone who could help out with my sons.  The problem was, the medication accelerated my depression, and I ended up in hospital.  I had to battle hard to be released, but with really heavy medication and finally my sons were returned to my care.

Why did you go back again to the Social Services?

The post natal depression had a grip on me, and nothing was helping.  I asked them for a temporary solution but to my horror, the social worker wrote to the court reporting that I told her I wanted to murder my children!  I couldn’t believe it.  But the judge accepted her one sided account, and my boys were placed in emergency foster care.  Seven months later they were placed in a permanent foster family.  In those first few months, I saw my children in a contact centre, and they insisted they were being abused by that family.  I promised them, that I would rescue them.  This focused me to recover much more quickly from the post natal depression.

One of the most heartbreaking moments for me was when the new foster parents changed the boys surname to their own and insisted my children called the woman ‘mum’.  After over 2 years of fighting the Welfare, my husband and I separated and divorced.  But my ex husband continued the battle with the Welfare.  I had no more energy.  At that time, I learned the Social Services were all powerful, and everything they told a judge was accepted as truth without listening to the parents.

Human traffickers know how to spot an easy “mark” as do all criminals.

Adi Gino seems to be a woman that was an easy mark.

The game continues.

They know who to approach.

They know how to talk to both clients and victims.

Child Trafficking did not stop with the “death” of Jeffrey Epstein.

The Trump Administration has made a commitment to fight this travesty and we certainly have seen some big wins.

A few high profile arrests are only a small dent in a huge worldwide epidemic.

Human traffickers are smart and they know, in many cases, how to hide behind a sterling public image.

Pedophile priests are a comparable example.

If Rabbi Puretz is found guilty, we pray that they lock him up and lose the key.

As someone who is accused of harming children, he should have no problem finding dates in prison.
