New York Times Turns Elijah Cummings Death Into Anti-Trump Clickbait

I’m not the biggest fan of Rep. Elijah Cummings, but perhaps his life was defined by more than just the current anti-Trump hashtag?

Nope, says the New York Times.

U.S. Rep. Elijah Cummings, longtime advocate for Baltimore and civil rights and key figure in Trump impeachment inquiry, dies at 68 

Even the Sun has to get the Trump impeachment in there.

Imagine reducing Pelosi or Schiff’s life to, “advocated Trump’s impeachment.” And yet that’s what the media’s desperate pursuit of anti-Trump clickbait has done. It makes everything irrelevant except impeaching Trump.

The headline about Cummings’ death has to mention impeachment or no one will read it.
