Norway: Muslim Migrant Sets fire To Two Churches In Revenge For Alleged Qur’an-Burning By Norwegian

“He has stated as a reason for his actions that he was angry and cursed because a Norwegian man had set fire to the Koran, without the police having done anything about it.”

Of course, the police did nothing about it, because Norway is not a Sharia state, not yet anyway, and the burning of any book, while a despicable and stupid act, is not illegal. This migrant assumes that Norway should be, and should now become, a Sharia state. Norwegian authorities are likely to comply.

“Those charged with the church fire ‘were angry and cursed because a Norwegian man set fire to the Qur’an,’” translated from “Siktede for kirkebrannen ‘var sint og forbannet fordi en norsk mann har satt fyr på Koranen,” by Øyvind Thuestad, Document, March 21, 2020:

The man (28) who is charged with the church fire at Dombås was avenging the fact that a Norwegian man had set fire to the Quran.

He was arrested on Saturday night in Dombås, and the same day imprisoned for four weeks for the fire at Dombås and attempted igniting of a church in Sel. The fire in the Dombås church happened on February 20. The Sel church was the subject of attempted arson on March 19. The man has admitted to the criminal charges.

“He has stated as a reason for his actions that he was angry and cursed because a Norwegian man had set fire to the Koran, without the police having done anything about it,” writes Hedmarken district court in the arrest warrant.

The 28-year-old “lives [in] Nord-Gudbrandsdal”, writes NTB, but his name indicates that he has an immigrant background from the Middle East or Africa.

The accused are without work and dependents….

Hedmark District Court thought imprisonment was necessary “to prevent the defendant from committing a criminal offense of a similar nature”.

The police perceive the accused as mentally unstable, and “this fact also means that there is a high degree of probability of new criminal offenses if he is released,” the court writes.

The court believes that four-week imprisonment is not disproportionate and emphasizes, among other things, that “it is a serious crime”….
