Obama Threatens Veto of Legislation to Screen 10,000 Syrian Refugees

President Obama threatened late Wednesday to veto legislation aimed at screening Syrian refugees, which demands FBI background checks and sign-offs by top officials.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

So how long will it take Americans to decide if the problem is “Islam” or “radical Islam” or “Hijacked Islam”? These days (after the Paris attacks), both parties are saying that the problem is only “ISIS Islam,” and Obama is countering that Syrian refugees are only “Muslim widows,” as if widows do not also blow themselves up?

Republicans, out of fear of being accused of “racism,” want to pass a “screening bill” to thwart the process, instead of saying, “Muslims are generally dangerous and could potentially be terrorists.”

First of all, it is 100% impossible to screen 10,000 Syrian refugees and weed out the terrorists. The U.S.-Syrian relationship is tarnished and Obama needs Syrian intelligence to screen these Syrians. Secondly, why would Syria’s President Bashar Al-Assad want to help, especially since Bashar would not mind it if terrorists infiltrated the U.S. so that explosions in Times Square would make an argument of “I told you so.”

And while both parties (Republican and Democrat) live in collective denial, let’s see what it takes if only one terrorist makes it. The stupid Americans think that they only need to screen and filter out ISIS terrorists?

Really?

There are a ton of terrorist groups in Syria, and everyone and their cousin is involved, in one way or another. Does America expect that Syria has a database that links all of these terrorist groups to an FBI database?

Thirdly, if one is confirmed not to be ISIS, how can anyone tell if he is a not Nusra Front terrorist, Khorasan Group terrorist, Jaish al-Muhajireen wal-Ansar terrorist, Jabhat Ansar al-Din terrorist, Harakat Fajr ash-Sham al-Islamiya terrorist, Harakat Sham al-Islam terrorist, Ghuraba al-Sham terrorist, Fatah al-Islam terrorist, Muhajirin wa-Ansar Alliance terrorist, Jund al-Aqsa terrorist, Liwaa al-Umma terrorist, Liwa al-Haqq terrorist, Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan terrorist, Turkistan Islamic Party terrorist, Islamic Muthanna Movement terrorist or Imam Bukhari Jamaat terrorist.

All these terrorist groups are camping in Syria and can easily obtain false passports.

Fourthly, these are only the recognized terrorist groups. If we include other terrorist groups which the U.S. denies are terrorists because they are considered “the good guys” since they are fighting Bashar, the list gets a lot longer. In other words, if a Syrian fought for any of the following groups, he is not a “terrorist” even though “he is”: Southern Front, Jaysh al-Janoob, Knights of Justice Brigade, Thuwar al-Sham Battalions, Homs Liberation Movement, Jaysh al-Nasr, 101st Division, 13th Division, 16th Division, 46th Division, 1st Infantry Brigade, 1st Coastal Division, al-Rahman Legion, Islamic Front, Ahrar ash-Sham, Jaysh al-Islam, Al-Tawhid Brigade, Al-Fawj al-Awal, Northern Storm Brigade, Ansar al-Sham Army of Mujahedeen, Jaish al-Sham, Development Front, Jaysh Usud al-Sharqiya, New Syrian Army, Harakat Nour al-Din al-Zenki, Fastaqim Kama Umirt, Ajnad al-Sham Islamic Union, Sham Legion and Jabhat Ansar al-Islam.

Keep in mind that no Syrian who applies will ever state on his application that he is part of any of these groups.

Anyone who thinks that the U.S. is properly vetting or can vet these terrorists is dreaming. They cannot even monitor a few terrorists. Prior to the attacks in Paris, the Syrians published about the mastermind Abdul Hamid Abu Oud, also known as Abu Umar al-Baljiki (the Belgian). What is not known in the west is that he used the ISIS codename Abu Umar Al-Susiأبو
عمر
سوسي,” and that this sick puppy mastered the art of beheading.

And it’s not like this guy’s wrap-sheet is so unique. He stems from an entire culture where beheading has become a norm. Muslim hardliners are taught since childhood how to be cunning, bratty, racist, outwitting, and downright bulling and have no remorse for others not of the same religious persuasion. These bratty children have seen ample beheadings as casually and as normally as American children went fishing and watched the fish suffocate.

I have watched thousands of beheadings and I am numb to the process. Abu Oud easily escaped scrutiny, joined ISIS, and has videos of himself dragging bodies behind his vehicle, yet he, with all this experience, slipped through the cracks into Europe.

And if one thinks this only happens in Europe, the hated Russian government warned U.S. authorities that Boston Marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev was a violent radical Islamist more than a year and a half before the April 2013 bombing, but authorities missed multiple chances to detain Tsarnaev when he was traveling to and from Dagestan for terror training. Tsarnaev, at one time, was supposed to be pulled aside for questioning at JFK airport because he was considered potentially armed and dangerous, but he slipped through undetected because someone had misspelled his last name in a security database. Middle Eastern names have several variants on spelling—in English, there is John; and in Arabic there is Muhammad, Mohammed, Mohammad, and Mahammed … my clan name is Shoebat, Shua’ybat, Al-Shoebat, Al-Shebat … good luck.

The new generation Muslim terrorist has advanced leaps and bounds from the old days of pipe bombs, the Unabomber, and the Timothy McVeigh.

Estimates from Syrian intelligence reveal that 100,000 of these sick puppies entered into Europe, and now, President Obama wants to bring 10,000 whom he says he will ‘vet’ into the U.S., even though the only vetting process is with Syria, a nation that the U.S. alienated? Looking at these conditions, the likelihood that Times Square will be bombed is a 1000%.

How will they vet every passport? Syrian passports are easily manipulated, especially since one of the men who attacked Paris held an emergency passport or similar document. The bomber falsely declared himself to be a Syrian named Ahmad al Muhammad, born on September 10, 1990, and was allowed to enter Greece, then Paris, where he was one of three men who blew themselves up at the Stade de France using TATP—highly explosive material.

And as to making TATP, is very simple. It takes only seconds to find detailed instructions on a step-by-step manuals in English and in Arabic. Terrorists can feast their eyes on an assortment of websites that give detailed instructions on how to make TATP and C4. That including mechanisms, detonators, igniters …

And if the U.S. had any success with ‘vetting’, what was the results of the US-led training program, which was designed in order to have troops on the ground designed to combat and destroy ISIS? The U.S spent $36 million training program (part of a 500,000,000 project) to train 54 fighters who promised only to fight ISIS. This would be a cursed number of 666 thousand dollars and 666 dollars and .666 cents: money spent to train EACH Muslim who was supposedly trained to combat ISIS in Syria, and it all failed and the weapons went to terrorists.

How much money and headache it will cost to vet 10,000 (which is impossible to do), and how much it will take to track, find, and detain or kill the terrorists from this litter or put them on trial once they commit terrorism is astronomical.

Is it that easy to catch a terrorist? Especially now that they have perfected there hiding tactics? Even when they are popular, they can still infiltrate. In an interview with the Isis magazine Dabiq, Abu Oud boasted that he had been able to plot attacks against the west right under the nose of Belgian intelligence agencies, and that he was in Syria in February. Abu Umar al-Baljiki said he and two fellow jihadis traveled to Belgium to “terrorise the crusaders waging war against the Muslims.” Posing for pictures holding an Isis flag and the Qur’an, the bearded Abu Oud told the magazine: “We faced a number of trials during the journey. We spent months trying to find a way into Europe, and by Allah’s strength, we succeeded in finally making our way to Belgium.

“We were then able to obtain weapons and set up a safe house while we planned to carry out operations against the crusaders.”

And, just like Tsarnaev in the U.S., Abu Oud revealed he was stopped during the journey by “an officer” after a picture of him fighting for Isis was published in Belgian media; however, the officer “let me go, as he did not see the resemblance,” he said.

And this sick puppy masterminded the Paris attacks that killed at least 129 people while Obama wants Syrians to enter Times Square. The Belgian was very well-known, and his photo was made public as a leader of an Islamic State (Isis) cell who was sought by police, yes he slipped through the cracks.

The FBI’s success in the last few years has been due to amateur lone-wolves that they were able to set up in sting operations. When it comes to 10,000 Syrian migrants, this will not be the case. These do not have to solicit for guns or ask for explosives. They already know exactly what to do.

Abu Oud is considered “Belgian,” but in reality, he is Moroccan by origin and had a long list. He was first named by police as a wanted extremist after a gun battle in eastern Belgium in January during a raid on an Isis cell. Asked by the magazine why he became a suspect, Abu Oud said: “The intelligence knew me from before as I had been previously imprisoned by them. After the raid on the safe house, they figured out that I had been with the brothers and that we had been planning operations together. So they gathered intelligence agents from all over the world – from Europe and America – in order to detain me.”

Did they succeed? No. He even boasted that he had been able to plan terror attacks against westerners while living in Belgium and being wanted by intelligence agencies when he travelled to Syria in January 2014.

“I was able to leave … despite being chased after by so many intelligence agencies,” he told the magazine. “All this proves that a Muslim should not fear the bloated image of the crusader intelligence.”

“My name and picture were all over the news yet I was able to stay in their homeland, plan operations against them, and leave safely when doing so became necessary. I ask Allah to accept the fruitful deeds of the shuhadā’ [martyrs] who terrorised the crusaders of America, France, Canada, Australia, Germany and Belgium.”

Abu Oud was sentenced to 20 years in prison by a Belgian court earlier this year after being tried in absentia for recruiting for Isis in Syria. He was among 32 people charged with running one of Belgium’s largest jihadi recruitment networks, although many of the defendants – including Abaaoud – were tried in absentia and remain at large.

He was also accused of kidnapping, after his younger brother, Younes, 13, travelled to Syria in January 2014, earning the media nickname of “the youngest jihadi in the world.” Their father, Omar Abu Oud, having heard no news from his two sons, filed a police complaint against his older son, as AFP reported in May.

And then you have the lying. Abaaoud’s older sister, Yasmina, told the New York Times in January that neither of the brothers showed a zealous interest in religion before leaving for Syria. “They did not even go to the mosque,” she said.

Have we not all heard this before?

And what about setting up alibis? Yasmina said the family received calls in autumn 2014 from Syria saying her brother had become a “martyr,” meaning he had been killed in battle. She said the family had not heard from him or the younger brother. However, investigators believed the martyr claim was a ruse to throw western intelligence services off his scent.

We all heard the same lines before. Abu Oud was described as a happy-go-lucky student who went to one of Brussels’s most prestigious high schools, Saint-Pierre d’Uccle.

Even the intelligence recognizing how difficult it has become to catch terrorists. The US-trained division emphasized that the terrorists can easily sniff them out.

Muslim terrorists, like those in Paris, now have the ability to “go dark.” U.S. intelligence agencies are finding it increasingly difficult to track communication among the terrorist organization’s members. Many officials have blamed the group’s adoption of sophisticated encryption software, such as the web browser Tor or the messaging app Telegram, for the inability to identify potential threats. Security now has a tougher job, and to avoid being monitored, they’ve shifted to encrypted chatting platforms becoming increasingly careful to secure their communications. A member’s ability to encrypt is an important factor in how the organization values him or her as an operative. As a result, members are learning different tools faster, creating a much bigger problem for intelligence agencies trying to track their communications. Then you have group chats on Telegram that are specifically dedicated to propaganda and that can have up to 16,000 members, which are growing by the thousands every day.

And for Americans who might think that technology is their specialty and that this would not be a tough nut to crack, think again. An FBI agent monitoring a Telegram group (which has tens of thousands) requires each agent to participate in a series of discussions intended to vet your beliefs in order to be fully accepted. In other words, in the U.S. terrorism task forces that moved from drug busting into terror busting now must be like myself and know Islam inside out.

And it’s not only knowing Islam, they must know how to conduct such a discussion in Arabic and know about various religious edicts of terrorist incidents to specific battles.

This requires a ton of Arabic speaking Islamophobes like myself. And the way U.S. government officials treat us when the media appears at our speaking events, they duck for cover and support CAIR.

Many of us quit being their sand-niggers. Here is our last event:

“The New Jersey Attorney General’s office will issue new guidelines to state police in the wake of outrage over a $6000 speaking fee paid to fake former Palestinian terrorist Walid Shoebat, who recently addressed a police academy.”

The only problem with this story is that someone is lying. Above is what I got paid, which covered the flight and lodging. I got $0 dollars to serve the police. They can never produce such a check of $6000, since I never even asked for a fee. The funds were raised to support COPS, and of all that can be confirmed from COPS above. That, plus, no one has an official statement from any government official—be it in Israel or the U.S.—to any evidence that I am a “fraud.”

First of all, my bombing in Manger Square in Bethlehem can be viewed from the United Nations own records:

A:33:356 of 13 November 1978 (search for “Manger Square” where Jesus was born. I threw a bomb on the bank next door)

Secondly, I must have been so good to infiltrate the FBI? The government disclosed a secure secret event and broke protocol, as they were never to state anything that was told in the lecture. We never asked for more media publicity and it’s a win for us and a loss for national security.

The west has gone mad, and a child now has more sense than an adult.

Boy: They’ve got guns. They can shoot us because they’re very, very bad, Daddy.

Father: They’ve got guns but we have flowers.

Boy: But flowers don’t do anything. They’re for… they’re for… they’re for…

Father: Look, everyone is laying flowers here.

Boy: Yes.

Father: It’s to fight against the guns.

Boy: Is it for protection?

Father: That’s right.

Boy: And the candles too?

Father: They’re so we don’t forget the people who have gone.

Boy: Oh. The flowers and candles are there to protect us?

Father: Yes.

When people think that roses are more important than guns, they destine themselves to die; and die they will. Times Square will be hit: 1000%.

UPDATE: I have written Eric Larsen of the Asbury Park Press and he (I have it on recording) stated he will rectify the mistakes. Let’s see.

Eric,

I spoke with you today regarding the erroneous claim which stated I collected $6000 of tax payers money mentioned on your article which also bounced to Reuters, Fox as well as others. You stated that you will rectify some of the claims which you referred to unverifiable reports from about me being paid $6000:

“Authorities estimate that Shoebat was paid about $6,000 in total for his appearance in Ocean County.”

Attached is copy of what I was paid for airfare and lodging ($550) which is what it cost me. I got paid nothing.

“Shoebat has not responded to a request for comment.”

You stated that you have a receipt to show you tried to contact us and that you will provide it.

“the New Jersey Chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR)”

You stated:

“Shoebat, whose biography as a former terrorist has been discredited by prominent news media and other organizations”

And I ask: what reputable “organizations” discredited my biography?

CAIR? Is CAIR “reputable”?

CNN? Truth is that the proper way to write this would be “Shoebat’s biography has been the subject of much controversy”. CNN did NOT “discredit” my bio. Attached is a United Nations report that confirms a bombing. Search “manger square” and see.

CNN’s Drew Griffin stated:

“GRIFFIN (voice-over): An ex-terrorist. It’s Walid Shoebat’s claim to fame, a terrorist, a PLO member who bombed a branch of an Israeli bank in Bethlehem Square”

See: http://www.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/1107/13/acd.01.html

In the attached from the United Nations own records it shows there was a bombing in Manger Square, just search the report for “Manger Square” “Bethlehem (in Manger Square near the Church of the Nativity)” dated Dec 25th, 1977.

According to the U.S. the terror incident was published “JP. 25 December 1977 Yediot Aharonot, 25 December 1977″

In fact the Jerusalem Post was the first to make such allegations stating that they could not find a bombing in manger square and the bombing (as it turns out) was reported by the Jerusalem Post in 1977, 40 years ago before the internet. Imagine all the digging I needed to do to prove my story. Imagine a journalist making claims that a story is “fraud” just because they had a difficult time finding anyone who remembers such an old story. Put your life on my side and be slandered for decades and see how serious slander feels.

Fact that no one remembers that far back (40 years ago) is not evidence. There is not a single statement made by any official in the Prison system or the Israeli government to state what CNN claimed. They provided zero verification and I dare any journalist to refute this.

(For further confirmation see original post

https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=%22JP.+25+December%22+manger+square

obtained from waybackmachine)

In the CNN transcript you will find that he also claimed that he spoke to the Bank Leumi are Manger Square and later found out that there was no Bank Leumi branch in Manger Square any longer since that branch was closed in which Griffin changed both stories with Anderson Cooper. Griffin also stated that he checked with the Israeli police in Bethlehem when fact is, there is no Israeli police station in Bethlehem and the Palestinian Authorities would have no such records. Griffin later changed the story to say that he called Bank Leumi in Tel Aviv. Fact is, Bank Leumi in Tel Aviv has no such records either. Anyone can call Bank Leumi’s headquarters in Tel Aviv and check. We called ourselves and there are no records in Bank Leumi that tracks terrorist operations during 1976-1977.

“Griffin claimed that he searched the Israeli prison records and there was nothing under the name Shoebat.”

My imprisonment can easily be verified with a click of a button since Mr. Griffin was not the only one investigating my prison story. Journalist Eileen Fleming who attempted to debunk my account on an OpedNews.com story had interviewed Shoebat’s family who confirmed that Mr. Shoebat was indeed in prison.

The report states: “In 1976 … Walid … shortly thereafter he attended his first demonstration against the occupation. In 1977 Walid was caught distributing Palestinian flags and was arrested and held for about two weeks in Mascubia Prison, until his mother went to the embassy and got him released.”

Prior to CNN OpedNews felt embarrassed and had to allow me to write a full detraction:

http://www.opednews.com/articles/1/opedne_walid_sh_080206_i_was_a_terrorist_3b_i.htm

Jerusalem Post did the same. CNN ignored us completely.

In fact, any journalist could have feasted from several links provided on my bio on my website evidence to prove otherwise:

http://shoebat.com/shoebat-foundation/cnn-smear-campaign/the-cnn-hatchet-job/

Have you examined this prior to writing the report?

I shall await your reply.

Much appreciated.

Walid Shoebat

The following is an attached record from the United Nations showing my bombing at Manger Square:
