Freedom, seems to have lost its meaning when our government directs us to wear masks for a virus that has not been as bad as any other virus prior to it. We made it through them all without fear and were actually encouraged in some instances to mix with those who had the virus, like when the measles was going around. Yet, in today’s world, we have digressed into submissiveness and towed the line our so-called leaders told us to do. Yes, President Trump began this but it was due to the advice of Dr. Fauci, who had direct connections to the very lab in Wuhan China from where the Communist Chinese Wuhan Virus allegedly came.

Freedom, as defined in many dictionaries, means:

1: the quality or state of being free: such as

1. The absence of necessity, coercion, or constraint in choice or action
2. Liberation from slavery or restraint or from the power of another; INDEPENDENCE
3. The quality or state of being exempt or released usually from something onerous FREEDOM from care
4. Unrestricted use gave him the freedom of their home
5. EASE, FACILITY spoke the language with Freedom
6. The quality of being frank, open, or outspoken answered with freedom
7. Improper familiarity
8. Boldness of conception or execution

Let us take a look at some of these definitions of freedom to see where our nation is at this moment.

First and foremost is number 1 of the definition, that being or having the right to be free.  Now, with the second definition, our meaning goes forth, but in our land today, this fails to meet the standard of our freedom.

How can we make such a statement?

How is our freedom stifled in our land?

How do restraints affect our freedom in today’s United States?

We can make such a statement due to the actions of our government, which demands us to wear masks and keep 6 feet apart, both of which may not be factual means to stifle the virus that has placed us out of the freedom we once enjoyed.

Today’s freedom is stifled in many ways and WE THE PEOPLE have taken the knee and fallen down on the sword to try to stop a virus that before may not have been as bad as to which it was alluded. Our very freedoms have been sacrificed to end a virus that may have died an early age but for the acts of our government driven by a doctor, whom is a research scientist that was deeply involved in the Communist Chinese Wuhan lab.

Today, we are told we have to wear the masks to prevent the spread of a virus that has a 98% rate of cure! This is like telling us we have to wear the masks until the common cold is controlled. So, here we see where the government has made us reject our freedom and replace it with an ideology that is not be good at all. WE THE PEOPLE did as told, following like good sheep without question, only to find out that around 95% of the deaths were determined to be Covid, even though they were the result of cancer, old age, heart attacks, the normal flu, and so many other natural causes.

We should adhere to the words of Benjamin Franklin at all times.

They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither safety nor liberty.  – Benjamin Franklin

With Covid we gave up both!

Thomas Jefferson stated:

“The policy of the American government is to leave its citizens free, neither restraining them nor aiding them in their pursuits.” -Thomas Jefferson

Both of these statements seem to indicate that “WE THE PEOPLE” have forgotten what our nation was built upon, freedom!

Now, let us address the part a of the definition.

Here we see something that does directly curb and deny our right to freedoms as so presented by our Constitution.

Under a, we lose our rights because we have a necessity to live and that is denied by the demand to wear masks and “social distance”. Our other rights to freedom are also denied by these restrictions. We are coerced to do as told or face consequences. We are held to constraints in choice and action by being forced to wear a mask and “social distance” and we are denied the right to assemble together as a family or group. All of this are the direct denial of our freedoms as granted to us by GOD and protected in the Constitution. We follow the restraints and coercion given by our government out of fear. We are now headed to our separate bins and places while the government is in near total control of our lives.

Have we gone down the wrong path and adhered to a doctor that does research and ignored that facts for fear of contracting the virus? We have been duped by this “pandemic” because even the CDC has shown, as recently as March 21, 2021, that some 94% of the deaths were tied to the “virus” and the other 6% were actually due to the virus. NOTE: There were co-morbidities or other conditions listed on the death certificate in 94% of all COVID-19 deaths (Table 3 Weekly). The 6% of death certificates in which Covid-19 was the only condition listed was likely related to lack of detail listed about other conditions present at time of death.

If we deduct the total number of deaths from the list of other causes, we end up with a total of 50,716 deaths directly related to COVID. This makes the virus seem almost irrelevant.

Given this proof directly from the CDC website, we can clearly see that we have given up our freedom for an agency that has not been truthful with the citizens of the United States.

Our freedom to move around the nation, our freedom to go out to eat with our family and friends, our rights to go to church as we wish, our rights to celebrate our children’s birthdays, their school plays, their graduations, and so much more have been taken away from us and we act as if we have no rights. Our present government is glad to see everyone become servants to their directions because those now in power are going to seek to remove even more of our freedoms and they have shown this with their actions so far.

How long before WE THE PEOPLE wake up and realize that our freedoms are much more important than this virus that has a 98% survival rate.

Our freedoms may not be determined by all the actions by the Socialists/Communists/Marxists now seated in both the House of Representatives and Senate.

Our loss of freedom will be determined by the number of ILLEGAL ALIENS now within our nation.  Freedom is a precious gift but those who are now in power, hate those freedoms and do not wish for our nation to continue as it has for the last 245 years. One may ask, just how can that be?  Well, with the grace of the Supreme Court, all the “ILLEGAL ALIENS” now in our nation can be counted in the recent census, which means that many more seats to the House of Representatives will be added and it is almost 100% certain that those new seats will be Democratic, or as many now know, socialists disguised as Democrats. This will draw the end of our nation and that end will begin with the current HR-1 Bill passed in the House, which will give the Socialists even more power.

Politicians, from both parties, have dropped the plain and simple ideas of freedom into the drink and left the very people they are supposed to represent drowning in the socialist ideology behind the strict restrictions which have never been imposed upon this nation or the world before. Many believe that Communist China developed the virus and allowed it out to turn the world upside down so it could take over as world leader, and it seems that they may have obtained what they desired. Today, Republicans and Democrats both have no real interest in our freedoms or they would have protested and not allowed some of these laws to go through.

President Joe Biden even stated that he wondered if they would have a Republican Party for the next election. That speaks volumes to what has happened to our nation where the two parties have combined together to bring our nation down. The Democrats have gone back to their old ideology of making slaves out of the people, only this time, it will be everyone, not just the blacks. By now, many will ask just what can we do as a voter to stop this from happening and giving the Democrats an eternal seat in office.

First and foremost, WE THE PEOPLE have to make sure that our politicians from both sides understand that neither one of them will be in office if they continue to destroy our freedom like they are doing today.  Many will ask just how can we do this since it will be under the control of the socialists disguised as Democrats. We do have laws that are still on the books. In this, we have to make sure that any law passed by Congress is challenged in court to make sure that our freedoms are maintained. We can do this by using case law from the Supreme Court that holds power over laws that do not stand under the guise of our Constitution. We have to file suits under the law that clearly state:

“All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void” Marbury vs. Madison, 5 US (Cranch), 137, 174, 176, (1803)

We can also site:

“Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them.” Miranda vs Arizona, 384 US 436 p.491

We have yet another ruling which can be used to fight and counter any law the socialists disguised as Democrats can make, we just have to cite:

“An unconstitutional act is not law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never passed.” Norton vs. Shelby County 118 US 425 p.442

We also have a very good Supreme Court ruling that should be used any time anyone is charged with a crime or placed into jail. Their attorney should present the following case in front of any Judge that believes any government has a right to put people in jail for acts not directly addressed by the Constitution. See below.

“The general rule is that an unconstitutional statue, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality days from the time of its enactment, not merely from the date of the decision so branding it.”

“No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it.”

If WE THE PEOPLE know laws created by either the House or Senate are not in line with our Constitution and violate our freedom, we can use these cases to drive a stake into the heart of the evil that would write such unconstitutional laws. WE THE PEOPLE have to take a stand and attorneys across this nation have got to begin using these laws and Supreme Court rulings to bring our nation back to the freedom we all cherish and desire. If we sit back and allow the wrongful laws and rules to continue, they will become the death to our freedom and before we know it, we will only have 2 parties to be determined by the socialists disguised as Democrats.

WE THE PEOPLE determine our FREEDOMS and that is done at the poll both every 2 to 6 years and we can and must make sure the people we elect to office are not those aligned with one party that hates our FREEDOMS. The Democrats voted to allow Slavery, they voted to keep Segregation, they voted Against the Civil Rights Acts yet they still get blacks to vote for them by promising free stuff.

This has to change.  We must bring justice against those who attack our laws and freedom.

Just to illustrate how manipulative the Democrats are today, read the paragraph below.

The Democratic Party’s 1904 platform used the term “Sectional and Racial Agitation” to condemn the Republican Party’s protests against segregation and against the denial of voting rights to blacks. This “agitation,” said the Democratic platform, sought to “revive the dead and hateful race and sectional animosities in any part of our common country,” which in turn would bring “confusion, distraction of business, and the reopening of wounds now happily healed.”

The Democrats are once again showing that they have not forgotten what they said way back in 1904.  It seems like the Democrats want to go back to their roots which are not what anyone should allow because it goes back to slavery, whether it is slavery with shackles or with slavery by doing what they dictate.

Our nation cannot afford to sit back and wait for the next election. The people of California recalled their governor and we should do that with any politician that does not hold their oath of office by, preserving, protecting, and most of all, defending the Constitution. Most Democrats today do not adhere to their oath of office and by that, they can and should be removed by recall or in the next election.

It is up to us, WE THE PEOPLE to ensure that our Constitution and all laws it upholds are protected.  If we sit back and wait for someone else to do for us what we are unwilling to do for ourselves, we lose. We must ensure that our vote counts as well.  This means we must be on guard against fraud and illegal voting. Remember that our vote is a sacred vote and we have to protect that by making sure no one that is not eligible to vote in our area does not cast a vote. We have to be involved in the next election or our freedoms will disappear for good because the socialists disguised as Democrats are working very hard through their dear friends, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer, both of whom have very deep connections to the socialists trying to destroy our freedoms.

It is up to WE THE PEOPLE and we fear that the next election may well be the last if we do not elect people that honor our Constitution. We cannot allow those who wish to destroy our freedoms win any election. Be very aware that many of them will promise the moon above, but once elected, they totally forget about the very people to whom they made those promises.

God help us bring our freedoms back and help us stop the socialists and others from destroying our country.
