Palestinian Supporting Law Professors Call For Boycott – Results In Business Launch Delay & Destruction Of Property

In the three-part series, Political Islam:  A Threat to the West, political Islam was defined, shown how it is used to foster the globalist agenda, and outlined actions that Americans should take to stem the tide of not only political Islam, but the whole of Islam.  Remember, Islamists serve their god Allah and follow their prophet Mohammed only;  they cannot have two masters.  And, devout Islamists hate everything outside of Islam and seek to instill Islam as dominate in all nations throughout the world.  That said, it should come as no surprise that in the Islamist dominated town of Dearborn, Michigan, a burger restaurant originally headquartered in Israel is postponing its opening due to threats from what news reports describe as “Arab-Americans”.

WND reported:

An American burger joint is postponing its scheduled opening due to fierce backlash from Arab-Americans over the popular company’s Israeli roots.

Sam Zahr, a Lebanese-American who lives in Dearborn, Michigan, made the decision to delay the opening of his local Burgerim franchise after his children were bullied and he received “blood”-filled threats from people opposed to the eatery founded in Israel, according to the Detroit Free Press.

Burgerim means “many burgers” in Hebrew, and features mini-burgers of different types of meat on its menu. The company bills itself as the “fastest growing burger chain in the U.S.” Though headquartered in Encino, California, it was founded in Tel Aviv, Israel. And it’s that fact has prompted outrage from local Arab-Americans.

“I told you, you are not like us,” said a Facebook message to Zahr. “You have Palestinian and Lebanese blood on your hand if you open up that joint.”

Another problem arose when Zahr pitched a tent with free burgers to promote the soon-to-open Royal Oak, Michigan, store for the Muslim holiday of Ramadan. By the next morning, the tent had been destroyed.

According to The Detroit Free Press, Zahr has two other Burgerim locations – one in Royal Oak and the other in Redford township, scheduled to open this month.  Zahr stated the Royal Oak location has not experienced as much opposition as the Dearborn site.  Zahr believes the problem stems only in the Dearborn area, which prompted him to walk away from opening the new location.

Zahr said he has lost everything after pouring money into the Dearborn location by signing a five-year lease, having the electricity and plumbing installed, purchasing permits and licenses and paying the franchise fee.

“It’s just for no reason. Why?” Zahr said. “We’re in America. You don’t own Dearborn.” [Well, Mr. Sam Zahr, that is Islam]

Amer Zahr  — no relation to Sam —  is a Dearborn activist, comedian and an adjunct law professor at University of Detroit Mercy. He has been a leading voice urging his community to boycott the business when it opens because it was founded in Israel on land he says was stolen from Palestinians.

“It was offensive to many members of the community,” Amer Zahr said.

While Amer Zahr and Sam Zahr share the same last name, they are unrelated to one another.  Amer Zahr is a Dearborn activist, a “comedian”, and an adjunct law professor at the University of Detroit Mercy.

Sam Zahr’s attorneys filed a cease-and-desist order against Amer Zahr for “defamatory statements”.  Naturally, Zahr cites this as “ridiculous” while standing on the First Amendment of the Constitution for the united States of America.

Amer Zahr stated, “Anyone has a First Amendment right to boycott whatever they wish to boycott and to call for boycotts.  A boycott, of course, comes with the potential of economic damage.”

The Detroit Free Press continued, divulging more about Amer Zahr:

Zahr is a supporter of the Palestinian-led movement called BDS, or Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions, that puts pressure on Israel to change its policies and grant Palestinians human rights, according to the movement’s website. It was inspired by the anti-apartheid movement in South Africa.

When Burgerim first began to set up shop in the neighborhood, Amer Zahr said many people did not know much about it. He felt it was his job to educate people on the history of its founding.

“Building their company on stolen Palestinian land is how they established themselves,” Zahr said. “Whether they ended up moving (headquarters) … it doesn’t really matter. The genesis of the company was in Israel.”

Amer Zahr said it was very clear from the beginning that the community was not going to support Burgerim in its backyard.

“The Dearborn community overall is very supportive of Palestinian rights in general,” he said. “Not everybody is an activist obviously, but everyone for the most part in Dearborn is very supportive of Palestinian rights and our struggle.”

Amer Zahr added that his vocal opposition to Burgerim had nothing to do with Sam Zahr. He would have supported the business owner had he opened a burger restaurant “not connected to Palestinian suffering,” Amer Zahr said.

And, there you have all you need to know about Amer Zahr.

A frequent tactic of political Islamists is using America’s laws to perpetuate their cause;  in this case, the use of the First Amendment.  However, the First Amendment does not grant any right whatsoever;  but, inhibits Congress from infringing upon God–given individual unalienable rights recognized and guaranteed in that amendment.

The First Amendment of the Constitution for the united States of America states, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;  or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press;  or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievance.”

When an individual’s statements lead to violence, destruction of property, threats of harm, and defamation, libel or slander, this is not protected speech by the First Amendment.  Though Congress is prohibited from infringing upon speech, the States have enacted laws against defamation, libel, slander, incitement to violence and destruction of property caused by speech.  While Zahr is correct that anyone can boycott anything and is free to suggest and call for such, that means only to refrain from giving a business patronage – it does not extend to destruction of property.  And, remember that Islamists are allowed to engage in taqiyya.  Can anyone be sure that Zahr did not call for destruction of property of Sam Zahr or suggest that threats be issued against the franchise owner?

Notice as well, Amer Zahr’s support of “Palestinians”, who are actually Middle Eastern occupants living in an area that was named by the Roman conquerors and consists of Hamas, Hezbollah, and other Islamist terrorist groups.  Amer Zahr claims to support granting of “human rights to Palestinians” by Israel;  however, what he really means is a subjugation of Israel by Islamist terrorist organizations occupying the Middle East.

If anyone thinks Amer Zahr will abide by the cease-and-desist order, even though he is supposedly an adjunct law professor at University of Detroit Mercy, think again.  Islam has claimed Dearborn, Michigan, turning it into “Dearbornistan” as many individuals have commented.  And, rightly so.  While exact percentages of Dearborn’s Islamist population is difficult to extract from references, Wikipedia (unreliable at best) claims the population consists of 41.7% of individuals of Arab ancestry, classified as white on the US census with a total white population of 89.1%.  In 2015, The Washington Post referred to Dearborn as the “Arab Capital of North America.”  And, The Daily Beast declared in an article in 2017 that the Dearborn population consisted of 30% Arab ancestry, which is difficult to discern how many are Islamists.

Take a look at a video by Dennis Michael Lynch uploaded in February 2017, and you will see that with the increase in Islamist population, Dearborn has succumbed to Islamist supremacy.  Judging from this video, it would seem the Arab Islam population could be close to 30%.

In fact, there is a plan to take over America by Islamists.

At a certain percentage of the Islam population, which Dearborn has possibly reached, Islamists push heavily to supplant native laws with its own Shariah.

Be warned, my friends.  With open borders and immigration laws that allow chain migration, it isn’t only populations from Central America that are crossing our borders illegally and legally through refugee and asylum claims.  If we as Christian, conservative, constitutionalists do not push back against our charlatan politicians with anti-American agendas in both chambers of Congress, these subversives will succeed in totally remaking America.  And, they are well on their way.
