President Trump Calls For “Worldwide Network” To Compete With CNN

President Donald Trump has targeted CNN as the enemy of the American people, and rightly so since they aim to lie, deceive and push out the CIA-controlled propaganda.  On Monday, the president tweeted out that they have no competition across the world as they portray the US in an “unfair and false way,” and he encouraged developing a “worldwide network” to show the world the way American really is.

“While CNN doesn’t do great in the United States based on ratings, outside of the U.S. they have very little competition. Throughout the world, CNN has a powerful voice portraying the United States in an unfair and false way. Something has to be done, including the possibility of the United States starting our own Worldwide Network to show the World the way we really are, GREAT!” the president tweeted.

Now, what he means by that is anyone’s guess.  Will Trump be developing a network of his own while in the White House or wait till he’s out?  Is he promoting that the US government have its own news network?  I don’t know why that would be, they already pay millions of your tax dollars to state-controlled outlets like CNN anyways.

Competition is always good though.  Trump is right about that.  CNN does need global competition.  It would shut them down entirely in a similar manner that alternative media has shut them and the major mainstream talking heads down.

Then on Tuesday, Trump followed up his tweets due to CNN’s hypocritical attacks on the border patrol firing tear gas at migrant invaders along our border.

“Will CNN ever ask Border Patrol agents how they felt having large rocks chucked at them by criminal illegals?” the president retweeted from The Trump Train.

This is especially poignant given that during the Obama administration we didn’t hear CNN cry and whine about Border Patrol firing pepper balls at migrant invaders attempting to come in at the very same point of the border crossing.

Competition is good.  However, more government propaganda outlets funded by tax dollars via the repeal of the Smith Mundt Act are not welcome.  The question is, what will we actually get with a worldwide news network competitor?  My guess is the same propaganda mouthpiece.

Personally, I think citizen journalists are going to be the future of where people get their news.  It’s already taking off all over the internet.  Perhaps this is why social media and other outlets targeted Alex Jones and have other media outlets like this one in their crosshairs.
