Pro-Amnesty Group Demands US Adopt “Bill of Rights for Undocumented Americans”

The court ruling on Obama’s illegal amnesty is “in” and the injunction to halt Obama’s illegal amnesty stands. However, Obama’s lawdogs will continue to pursue lawlessness as they intend to follow the chain to the Supreme Court — the “Black Robed Nine” who will overturn the circuit court’s decision as it is the majority in their chamber that “rule” the united States. In the meantime, illegal alien invaders, through the pro-amnesty “United We Stand” nonprofit, created a “Bill of Rights for Undocumented Americans” they demand the entire nation adopt into the “law of the land.”

This “Bill of Rights for Undocumented Americans” consists of 10 demands these illegal alien invaders expect all citizens to read and capitulate to them. Their “Bill of Rights” revolves around the presumptive claim that all are human beings entitled to citizenship. Marcelino Jose writes, “Since Congress refuses to act, it’s time we take matters into our own hands. Our Undocumented American’s Bill of Rights is a good start. Instead of making impregnable border security the beginning and end of all immigration discussions, let’s find a roadmap forward.”

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

First of all, Mr. Jose, get a copy of the Constitution of the united States of America and read it thoroughly. You will find that “We the People”, meaning citizens of this nation, vest legislative authority in a Congress consisting of the House of Representatives and a Senate to establish laws based on the enumerated powers detailed in Article I, Section 8, which includes “uniform Rules of Naturalization.” When Congress refuses to “enact” laws we like or “change” existing laws to suit our ideas, the Constitution does not “authorize” citizens to “take matters into their own hands.” That, Sir, is lawlessness at its pinnacle. Of course, many illegal alien invaders come from nations run by corrupt, criminal governments, which lawlessness and acting on one’s own is acceptable.

Second, Mr. Jose, illegal alien invaders have zero standing to be “demanding” anything from the government of the united States or the citizens of this nation. Entering this nation illegally is a crime punishable by law. Many citizens of the united States refuse to negotiate with criminals. Since the Constitution authorizes the federal government to protect the States by “repelling invasions,” any means to prevent invasion, to include building an “impregnable wall,” is clearly in their jurisdiction. If the federal government fails to perform its Constitutionally authorized duty, the States can then “engage” in “repelling invasions” due to being in imminent danger — Article I, Section 10. The “roadmap forward” is dealing with illegal alien invaders according to the law. The united States is a nation of laws and we intend to keep it that way despite many in government and the illegal sitting president to do otherwise.

Third, Mr. Jose, it matters not if the border security is 84% effective as you claim or 99% effective. It matters not the demographic, race, creed, national origin, religion, gender or any other identifier that qualifies crossing uS borders illegally. The point is this nation is a cooperative of sovereign States with citizens who have every right to determine who is allowed entry. As far as “global competitiveness” is concerned, the influx of illegal alien invaders makes no more difference to “global competitiveness” than a bunch of ants makes to a sinking ship. To talk about “reinvigoration of its [united States] founding principles,” you should first understand what those principles are. In order to do that, you will need to read the Declaration of Independence. Just because individuals are here on this soil, criminally, does not “entitle” anyone to anything, period, except what the law allows.

Never worry that people will forget illegal alien invaders crossed our borders without authorization or that deportation is the law — many of us won’t. Illegal alien invaders broke the law and should be fearful of the ramifications for doing so. To make this clear, Mr. Jose, this nation is a nation of laws, which should be followed or this nation is no better than the hellhole nations from whence you all came. Mr. Jose, there is no other term that fits for individuals who cross uS borders without authorization than illegal alien invaders: you are here against the law (illegal); you are not a citizen but a foreigner (alien); and, crossing in mass numbers constitutes an invasion (invader). Since illegal alien invaders crossed “en masse,” they should be deported per the law in the same manner. If you or anyone else considers that as being treated as “animals to be rounded up,” that is a perception on your part, no one else’s, and the attempt at projection is lame at best.

Continuing on, Mr. Jose writes:

We know we have human rights, even though our very presence is deemed illegal and our existence alien. Now we have our own Bill of Rights and we want it to be the framework for every immigration decision going forward from the local to the national level. Even as the federal government dithers, some states like California are providing Undocumented Americans with healthcare for children, in-state tuition, drivers’ licenses, protection from unscrupulous employers and visas for crime victims. A few progressive states are already moving to incorporate some of the rights we claim in our Bill of Rights into the law of the land. Everything should be on the table; citizenship, legal residency, deferred action, visas and migrant worker programs.

As stated earlier, Mr. Jose, you need to get a copy of the Constitution of the united States and read it carefully. To make it clear, as an illegal alien invader, you are entitled to nothing, nada, zilch, zero, and have no standing whatsoever to “demand” the citizens of this nation capitulate to your temper tantrum. States, like California, are in violation of the immigration laws of this nation and should be dealt with accordingly. The same goes for any sanctuary city. States have zero authority to issue visas or include anything outside the Constitution, falling under the enumerated powers of Congress, as “the law of the land.” Nothing should be on the table, Mr. Jose — not citizenship, legal residence, deferred action, visas or migrant work programs. Just as a uS citizen could not enter illegally into Mexico or another sovereign nation, make demands, have citizens there capitulate to those demands, or present some “Bill of Rights” to be incorporated into law — as a uS citizen would be arrested and jailed for violating their immigration laws, illegal alien invaders have no standing for anything in this nation.

Where in the world, Mr. Jose, did you get that people in this nation do not recognize you have human rights? No one is violating any basic human rights any illegal alien invader is given by God. And, for the life of Riley, please tell specifically how illegal alien invaders are denied “equal protection under the law.” From where many Americans stand, illegal alien invaders are elevated above the law as violators of our laws are not being punished according to law; yet, citizens of this nation are and would be if they violated the laws of other nations, including immigration laws. It matters not how many illegal alien invaders are in this nation or how many will be in the future after populating like rabbits. Those individuals are here illegally! They are entitled to nothing, especially any funds from taxpaying citizens coming out of social programs.

Fear not. Citizens are not ignoring the issue nor the expectant numbers of population growth by illegal alien invaders. Immigration reform is a ruse — a phrase used by progressive liberal socialists to mean a “pass” on punishment indicated by law, rewarding of criminal behavior, and fleecing the taxpayers of this nation by supporting illegal alien invaders through handouts. Many uS citizens are aware of the ploy to “change” the voting demographic to “move” this nation into a “one party rule” country. Well, Mr. Jose, whether you realize it or not, this nation is just about there, without any help from illegal alien invader criminals. Republicans and Democrats are just different sides of the same coin or different cheeks of the same butt.

As it stands, Mr. Jose, illegal alien invaders and their families are living quite well, “in some States,” on the taxpayer dime, with many already receiving benefits, illegally, you are whining about not receiving in all States. Remember, this nation is a cooperative between sovereign States. What one State does, not all States do.

If you live without security, Mr. Jose, then realize that was the choice made when the conscious decision to enter this nation illegally occurred. Criminals are often condemned for their actions, as a group and individually. If you don’t like that, then don’t be a criminal; but, since illegal alien invaders already are criminals, get over it. No one owes you or any illegal alien invader anything. If you cannot abide by uS citizens denying you “legal acceptance” for entering this nation illegally, then, as part of your “human rights,” you are free to leave at any time at your own expense.

In conclusion, Mr. Jose, illegal alien invaders will not convince uS citizen patriots to capitulate to their demands, reward criminals with sympathy and a “get out of jail” or deportation free card while many “legal immigrants” who followed our laws are shoved aside. Government, States and federal, may respond to your whining and temper tantrum; however, many citizens will not and, rightfully so. In short, Mr. Jose, many uS citizens could not care less about these “Bill of Rights” illegal alien invaders want to be the “framework” for immigration going forward. The united States already has immigration laws in place and uS citizen patriots expect those laws to be enforced, whether you like it or not. The so-called “Bill of Rights,” or more appropriately “your demands,” will be covered next time.
