Putin: Chemical Weapons Attack “False Flag… More are Coming”

“He that passeth by, and meddleth with strife belonging not to him, is like one that taketh a dog by the ears.” -Proverbs 26:17

As Secretary of State Rex Tillerson heads to Russia, Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed the intelligence sources say that more attacks using chemical weapons are being prepared for the Damascus area and then blame Assad for their use.

“We have reports from multiple sources that false flags like this one – and I cannot call it otherwise – are being prepared in other parts of Syria, including the southern suburbs of Damascus. They plan to plant some chemical there and accuse the Syrian government of an attack,” he told a joint press conference with Italian President Sergio Mattarella in Moscow.

“All incidents reminiscent of the ‘chemical attacks’ that took place in Idlib must be thoroughly investigated,” Putin said, indicating that he would be petitioning the United Nations for an investigation into the Idlib attack.

Zero Hedge reports:

Damascus denied the allegations, noting that the targeted area may have been hosting chemical weapons stockpiles belonging to Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) or Al-Nusra Front jihadists.

The incident has not been properly investigated as yet, but the US fired dozens of cruise missiles at a Syrian airbase in a demonstration of force over what it labeled a chemical attack by Damascus.

Putin also pointed out that the latest US missile strikes in Syria bring to mind the United States’ UN Security Council address in 2003 that led to the invasion of Iraq, an address which has now been thorougly debunked as using flawed information to garner global support for an invasion.

“President Mattarella and I discussed it, and I told him that this reminds me strongly of the events in 2003, when the US representatives demonstrated at the UN Security Council session the presumed chemical weapons found in Iraq. The military campaign was subsequently launched in Iraq and it ended with the devastation of the country, the growth of the terrorist threat and the appearance of Islamic State [IS, formerly ISIS] on the world stage,” he added.

The Russian president also slammed the Idlib attack, officially denouncing it as a “false flag” attack.

Syria is not going away.  We will be at war with them over these false flag attacks that are the result of Obama-backed jihadis in the area.  We know they stage war propaganda videos to draw us into a war in Syria to remove Bashar Assad.  We know that doctors have called on these jihadis to stop murdering children for this war propaganda.  We know that journalists have called out who is actually conducting the chemical attacks and we know that in 2013, the same jihadis that are the Islamic State were the ones who had chemical weapons, freely admitted it, and had been caught with them.  They were to use them to put the blame on the Assad government.

As I’ve admonished time and again, President Trump should heed his own advice concerning Syria from 2013 and the 2016 presidential run.

I say that President Trump should get busy with his promise to investigate Hillary Clinton and make sure abortion mills that murder over 3,000 babies a day in our own country are shut down and criminal prosecution of those involved brought about.  We can not be taken seriously for intervening in a country against our own laws while we murder millions of the most innocent among us.

Additionally, if he won’t listen to himself, perhaps he should listen to former US Marine Ken O’Keefe before starting World War III.
