On Monday Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) was on Fox News to speak about Hillary Clinton’s ongoing email scandal when he cut through all of the garbage and got to the heart of the matter.
Hillary Clinton thinks she’s above the law.
Here’s the problem. She wasn’t obeying the law by keeping her e-mail on a government server and now we’re suppose to trust her that she only deleted the ones that had to do with her personal activities? Here’s the other problem. Even her calendar, like she says, I was just going to yoga. Well, that is classified because we don’t want terrorists to know where the secretary of state goes or where they’re going to yoga.
Her schedule, which sounds mundane, is secure and shouldn’t be over an unsecure server. The thing is, it’s all about judgment, whether she has the judgment to lead the nation. And it’s also about trust, also. Can we trust someone who say, the law is fine, the ambassador is not allowed to do this, and I’m going to fire the ambassador, but me, I am above the law and I can do what I want. I think the American people aren’t going to like that.
