Remembering Carter-Era Hostages: President Trump Threatens Attack on 52 Iranian Targets If Iran Retaliates

How many of us would just love to slap all of these bleeding-heart liberal politicians and Hollyweirdos?

Those of us who were alive at the time have resonating memories of the Iranian Hostage Crisis.

For those who do not remember, or were not paying attention…

The Iran hostage crisis was a diplomatic standoff between the United States and Iran. Fifty-two American diplomats and citizens were held hostage for 444 days from November 4, 1979, to January 20, 1981, after a group of Iranian college students belonging to the Muslim Student Followers of the Imam’s Line, who supported the Iranian Revolution, took over the U.S. Embassy in Tehran.[3]

I was rather young at the time, but in those days watching the evening news was unavoidable in my house.

I remember and so does President Trump.

From The Washington Examiner:

President Trump threatened to attack 52 Iranian sites to represent the 52 hostages held by Iran between 1979 and 1981 if the country seeks revenge for the killings of top Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani and Iraqi militia leader Abu Mahdi al Muhandis in Baghdad.

“Iran is talking very boldly about targeting certain USA assets as revenge for our ridding the world of their terrorist leader who had just killed an American, & badly wounded many others, not to mention all of the people he had killed over his lifetime, including recently hundreds of Iranian protesters,” Trump tweeted on Saturday night.

He continued, “He was already attacking our Embassy, and preparing for additional hits in other locations. Iran has been nothing but problems for many years.”

The president then issued his threat, saying, “Let this serve as a WARNING that if Iran strikes any Americans, or American assets, we have targeted 52 Iranian sites (representing the 52 American hostages taken by Iran many years ago), some at a very high level & important to Iran & the Iranian culture, and those targets, and Iran itself, WILL BE HIT VERY FAST AND VERY HARD. The USA wants no more threats!”

Here are Tweets featuring his warning:

Here’s more from Gateway Pundit

Reuters reported the threat by the Iranian general:

“General Gholamali Abuhamzeh, the commander of the Guards in the southern province of Kerman…(said)…Iran reserved the right to take revenge against the United States for the death of Soleimani…“The Strait of Hormuz is a vital point for the West and a large number of American destroyers and warships cross there … vital American targets in the region have been identified by Iran since long time ago … some 35 U.S. targets in the region as well as Tel Aviv are within our reach,”

Make no mistake America, we are very much at war with Iran be it official or not.

But Jimmy Carter is no longer in office and this leftist BS has to stop.

They don’t care if you are for them or against them.

If you aren’t headbutting the floor for Allah, you are their enemy.

Wake up libtards.

Too bad Jimmy Carter isn’t President this time.

We’d send a peace-keeping force from Hollywood, led by George Clooney, and see what happened. 😉

Weakness is not acceptable in the eyes of our Islamic enemies.

They will use your olive branch to strangle you and then cut off your head and plant it in your neck.

No one wanted this war, but Thank God Donald J Trump is leading the charge and not Jimmy Carter.

We remember those 52 hostages and those 444 days.

Just get the hell out of the way liberals and let us show you how those who love America will go the extra mile to defend her.
