Reuters: Explosion at U.S./Canada border not terrorism, just caused by reckless driver

Which is the accurate report, and which is fake? The car was reported to be full of explosives and authorities said it was terrorism. Apparently, that was all a mistake. Or else the report below is a coverup. No way to tell.

Nov 22 (Reuters) – An explosion at on Wednesday at the Rainbow Bridge connecting the United States and Canada at Niagara Falls on Wednesday was likely caused by a reckless driver, according to early assessments, sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.
