While many are rejoicing, and rightly so, over the reversal of Roe v Wade, the reality is that abortion has never been a right nor the law of the land.  In fact, it’s just the opposite.  However, this should be a clear sign to the People that the supreme Court is as whimsical and capable of error and lawlessness as any other organization of man.  Still, while many are now threatening pro-life centers by proclaiming that since “abortion is not safe now, neither are you,” the reality is that it is just like the COVID shot it that is never has been safe for mom or baby.  Yet, though the feds have proclaimed that there is no right to murder babies, many states have already been so indoctrinated concerning the murder of the innocent that the battle in the states will be taken up to end it while many will continue to advance it as a right in defiance of the ruling, our founding documents and the Bible.

Pastor and author of The Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates: A Proper Resistance to Tyranny and a Repudiation of Unlimited Obedience to Civil Government Matt Trewhella provided a sobering message for those who think that a mere ruling by a lawless SCOTUS will end abortion.

“Roe vs. Wade is overturned, Hallelujah! The bloodshed of the preborn isn’t going to end though,” Trewhella said.

Trewhella then took aim at the pro-life groups saying, “For nearly fifty years, the pro-life, pro-family groups, the ones who claim to be for the pre-born, hid behind the lie of judicial supremacy saying, ‘We have to wait till the court undoes Roe to see the pre-born protected’ while murder is actually going on.”

He reminds us that Roe came up before SCOTUS 38 times since 1979, and every time until now it had been upheld, as though there was any foundation to uphold it.

Trewhella then points out what this will actually bring about:  An exposing of so-called Republican pro-life representatives.  We’re going to see whether they are just bark or have some bite to them.  The fact that many are just fine with regulating the murder of the most innocent among us without abolishing it for all these years gives us a preview to what they will do now, but I suppose we can hope God will move their hearts to repent and do the right thing.

Pastor Trewhella tells us how they will be exposed and that is there is no skirt to hide behind now, no judicial supremacy lies.  Rather, it lies in their hands to stand and declare abortion for what it is:  murder, and to follow up with appropriate punishment for engaging in murder.

Trewhella believes, and I think rightly so, they will come up with their own lies and excuses for why they will not uphold their oath and why they will not stand for righteousness and justice.

This is why it is incumbent upon the people to attend as many hearings and meetings as possible to push them towards doing their duty and calling them to repent when they fail to do so on behalf of the unborn, as well as those who have been born.
