Last week, the trial of the decade began. Our friend Scott Shara, the father of Grace Schara whose life was taken in the hospital due to her being targeted for having Down Syndrome, along with his wife, Cindy, testified in this landmark trial concerning Grace’s wrongful death. This is becoming more and more common place, especially in light of the fact that “healthcare” is now actively engaged in going after people with terms like “brain dead” in order to facilitate the removal of their organs, which must be done while the patient it alive, not dead.
The New American has a recap of the first week. Take a listen.
Schara v. Ascension Health is an ongoing bellwether lawsuit taking place in Appleton, Wisconsin. The New American is partnering with Children’s Health Defense to livestream the proceedings. In this exclusive interview, editor-in-chief Gary Benoit talks with senior editor Rebecca Terrell about her observations during the first week of the case, which is scheduled for the month of June.
