Sheriff David Clarke: Gun Control Effort By Florida Students “Has GEORGE SOROS’ FINGERPRINTS All Over It”

Former Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke said that efforts by students in Florida to push the gun control agenda in the wake of last week’s high school shooting in Parkland, Florida had “George Soros’ fingerprints all over it.”

On Tuesday, Clarke sent out a tweet in which he called out the effort for what it was.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

“The well ORGANIZED effort by Florida school students demanding gun control has GEORGE SOROS’ FINGERPRINTS all over it,” he tweeted.

He then added, “It is similar to how he hijacked and exploited black people’s emotion regarding police use of force incidents into the COP HATING Black Lives Matter movement.”

Zero Hedge followed up Clarke’s comments:

Clarke, a vocal Trump supporter who resigned as sheriff last year amid speculation he would join the Trump administration, is a senior advisor and spokesman for the pro-Trump America First Action PAC; he fired off the tweet in advance of a planned appearance at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) later this week.

Several conspiracy theories have emerged in the wake of the Valentine’s day shooting, which left seventeen people dead when a gunman opened fire on students in the early afternoon. A clip which was promptly featured on YouTube earlier, claimed that various students at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School are “crisis actors” who are being used as political cudgels in efforts to repeal the Second Amendment.

An aide to Florida State Rep. Shawn Harrison (R) was fired Tuesday after emailing a reporter to suggest that student David Hogg and others are crisis actors. “Both kids in the picture are not students here but actors that travel to various crisis when they happen,” wrote now-fired aide Benjamin Kelly – drawing condemnation from the likes of Florida Senator Marco Rubio (R) and Harrison.

It’s no more disgusting that the immigration bill Rubio tried to sneak in on the American people a few years back without even knowing what was in it, and some of it favored immigrants over American citizens.

Whether David Hogg is a crisis actor or not, the fact is that he was acting and the video of his interview demonstrates that.  He’s a player in all of this and pushing an anti-American agenda and should be called out for it.  Instead, we have people like Florida House Speaker Richard Corcoran (R) tweeting out, “On behalf of the entire Florida House, I sincerely apologize to the students targeted and again commend them for their courage through this unspeakable tragedy.”

It didn’t take courage to run out of a school.  I really don’t understand what is being said here.  That doesn’t mean I’m not sympathetic to the students, but seriously, exiting a school under fire is not a “courageous” act.

But back to Soros.

He has been attacking the Second Amendment for years.  In 2016, Mac Slavo reported:

By all appearances,  George Soros, the elite wolf in sheep’s clothing has been investing in firearms companies not to profit from them, but to destroy them, and destroy the access of people to guns and ammunition.

Via the International Business Times:

Advocates for divesting from the firearms industry got a boost from Wall Street titan George Soros last week. The billionaire investor is in a strong position to make such a call: He’s one of the leading financiers of the gun control movement, and the fund he leads recently owned a piece of the firearms industry.

On Thursday, at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, Soros expressed interest in the divestment idea. Asked by International Business Times if investors who support gun control should sell their holdings in firearms companies, Soros responded:“I’m very much against guns. And if it can be organized on a large enough scale, I wouldn’t be opposed to it.”

Securities and Exchange Commission filings reviewed by IBT show Soros Fund Management as a top institutional shareholder in Vista Outdoors — considered the country’s top ammunition manufacturer — and Olin Corp., which makes ammo under the Winchester name.

[…]

Many of the biggest Wall Street donors to President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton — who have both called for stricter gun regulations — are among the largest institutional investors in guns and ammunition manufacturers.

Slavo then added:

George Soros is effectively advocating a policy of economic sanctions against the firearms industry – using a tactic of war to, ultimately, limit guns in the hands of the people.

In 2011, an email chain letter circulated among the right claimed that Soros was controlling a hedge fund buying gun and ammunition manufacturers and wanted to “restrict or ban all civilian guns.” The email was false and widely shared. The National Rifle Association condemned it and urged its members not to pass along a rumor that had “caused a great deal of unnecessary concern for gun owners.”

But for all of the worry from gun owners that Soros might try to keep weapons out of their hands, a firm run by Soros purchased shares in ammunition companies last year without causing any stir.

Soros is putting money in just about anything to undermine the united States. There’s no doubt that he’s doing it here too. Watch and see as the evidence comes out.
