Stearns County, MN – Can The 5th & 14th Amendments Survive?

One Small Step for Man, One Giant Leap for Equity, Diversity, and the Denial of Equal Protection Under the Law

Falling squarely on the shoulders of the local sheriff comes the constitutional duty to protect and defend the rights of the individual against a tyrannical government.  A sheriff must and shall uphold his sworn oath of office “To protect and defend the Law of the Land (Article VI, Section 2)”.  Stearns County and Sheriff Soyka, merely watch as the dismantling of the 14th Amendment and our civil liberties crumble before our eyes and from beneath our feet.

Just as businesses, government offices and agencies post and advertise their openings. Also found will be the U.S. Equal Employer Opportunity Commission Statement of Discrimination, which includes the Prohibited Employment Policies/Practices.  https://www.eeoc.gov/prohibited-employment-policiespractices#:~:text=An%20employer%20may%20not%20base,)%2C%20disabilitApplication,

  • It is illegal for an employer to discriminate against a job applicant because of his or her race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information.  For example, an employer may not refuse to give employment applications to people of a certain race.”
  • Race/Color Discrimination– The law forbids discrimination when it comes to any aspect of employment, including hiring, firing, pay, job assignments, promotions, layoff, training, fringe benefits, and any other term or condition of employment.
  • An employer may not base hiring decisions on stereotypes and assumptions about a person’s race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information.”

This document is explicitly clear regarding lawful hiring policies. No discrimination and no affirmative action, yet Stearns County has advertised openings specifically for people of color.  As they seek, reaching out to BIPOC (Black Indigenous People of Color) for their open positions, why is it that Stearns County hiring practices blatantly ignore government policies?  This can lead to government grants or government grants and foundation monies already in play.

“Diversity includes, but is not limited to; race, color, age, disability, creed, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation and marital status. Diversity, equity and inclusion, along with emulating our values, are integral to achieving our mission of exceptional public services to assure a safe, healthy, vibrant county for all.” excerpt Stearns County Diversity and Inclusion Policy,

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion | Stearns County, MN – Official Website

The Stearns County DEI policy seemingly seeks diversity to be inclusive for all, but their current posting calls that into serious question.  At what point do these hiring practices blur or migrate from hiring to meet demographics, to crossing the line into discrimination?  Should we ignore law and hire based on representation by race, or should we follow the U.S. Constitution which states we are all equal under the law, with the Declaration of Independence, boldly confirming, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.”

Below is the posting for openings in Stearns County.

Stearns County Sheriff to host BIPOC employment event

The outreach event aims to find quality candidates for open positions within the county that could help to reflect the population and communities it serves.

  1. CLOUD — The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office is set to host an event this weekend to raise awareness regarding available job opportunities for individuals belonging to Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) communities.

The event, set for 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 18, at the St. Cloud Public Library, aims to provide a general overview of the sheriff’s office’s responsibilities and to provide information for anyone interested in the field of law enforcement or county-level government work.

In the event’s description, the sheriff’s office said the outreach event aims to find quality candidates for open positions within the county that could help to reflect the population and communities it serves.

Despite the focus on individuals belonging to BIPOC communities, the event is open to anyone from the public.

Food will be provided at the gathering by St. Cloud’s African Yen restaurant.

The county currently has 17 open positions advertised on its website, including 10 full-time positions, one part-time position and six seasonal positions. Four of those positions fall under the purview of the sheriff’s office. Meanwhile, the city of St. Cloud has eight open positions.

The event by the sheriff’s office follows a February open house hosted by the St. Cloud Police Department, which sought to fill open positions in the city’s law enforcement agency.

The language addressing discrimination utilized today mimics that found in those for women’s rights. Why would the Sheriff and Stearns County disregard these hiring policies and then specifically promote positions for BIPOC, seeking to hire based on ethnicity vs qualifications?

Is it not just as deviant to force integration as it is to segregate people? With the county segregating by race then forcing integration with their hiring practices, is it not just as deviant to force integration in the present as it was forcing segregation of the past? The constitutional duty of the local sheriff is to both protect and defend the rights of the individual against a tyrannical government. The sheriff is also to uphold “The Law of the Land;” yet we find racial bias is rearing its ugly head as it reintroduces stereotyping directly into the Stearns County Sheriff’s office by way of reinterpreting federal law. See the BIPOC MISSION below. Is this not breaking the law by way of reverse discrimination?

BIPOC MISSION

BIPOC Support Foundation is committed to empowering the lives and communities of Black, Indigenous, and Persons of Color, providing equitable resources for mentorship and economic support, and evolving educational opportunities for all individuals, regardless of class, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or ability/disability status.

It is important to understand grants and foundations, like BIPOC, create division in communities. The implications and ramifications of the hiring practices being employed in Stearns County, and supported by Sheriff Soyka, is creating division both within the community and between races. Also important is to understand that when your county or city governments receive funds through grants or foundations, they come with many different types of strings attached. These strings morph into systematic conditional agreements, specifically designed to undermine our rights and your freedoms which are granted within the U.S. Constitution. When the county is in relationship with a grant or foundation, understand it is a money grab for a short-term gain, designed to tie the municipality into a long-term tax burden, including the removal of your rights in perpetuity. In this situation the 14th Amendment is under attack.

This hiring practice is blatant discrimination against 86% of Stearns County citizenry and a return to a dark period of America History. This stroll down memory lane with “Whites Only” drinking fountains and “Blacks to the back of the bus,” just may earn Stearns County the new motto “Whites Need Not Apply.”

Another twist to consider: It is ironic that Sheriff Soyka, who is to protect and defend us as individuals and the US Constitution, was a testifier supporting and promoting fraudulent legislation for Minnesota HF4 (Drivers Licenses for All). Removing the citizens due process (Article 5), with all 3 branches of government controlled by the socialist democrats, they rule with a mob mentality. The socialist democrats do not follow constitutional law, but rule by emotion. They rule with emotions over fact, emotions over truth, emotions over law. Emotions trampled the Constitution when they granted illegals the privilege to drive.

Providing illegals identification, with no background checks, their Minnesota driver’s licenses will have no indicators or markings denoting citizenship, immigration, or criminal status. Besides the discrimination against 86% of Stearns County, one cannot help but ask, are illegals allowed to apply for these positions? With the sheriff ignoring his obligation and due process, where is the equal treatment under the law?

With Stearns County Sheriff Soyka seemingly ignoring the law, then why not just hire illegals?  White illegals excluded, of course.
