This All Coming From The Generation That Refuses To Correct Themselves!

“Save yourselves from this untoward generation.” -Acts 2:40

There is a story that needs to be told, true or not, I cannot tell, but the story gets across a very important lesson from which we can all learn (Proverbs 1:3).

There was a man preparing to go to bed, and as he tidied himself up, he locked his doors and dimmed out the lights and went up the stairs and turned in.

As he dozed off into a deep sleep (Ephesians 5:14) he was soon awakened by his dog barking.  At the same time, the dog was barking it was also darting towards the front door.

This angered the man.

So, he got out of bed and grabbed a newspaper and began whipping the barking dog over the head, finally shutting him up. This, of course, quieted the dog down (Amos 7:12) as the man then returned to bed.

A couple of minutes later, the dog began to bark again.  This time, the dog barked louder and louder, darting once again toward the front door.

The man went and grabbed a broom and began to beat the dog into quiet submission (Matthew 21:35).

When the man returned to bed, the dog once again began to bark louder and louder in a more aggressive manner.

That was it, the man would have no more of this.  He went into his closet and pulled out his shotgun and shot his dog dead.

After the dog was dead, he went upstairs and returned to bed.

Now, he could go back to sleep without any further disruptions.

Little did he know that there was a man outside his home trying to break in.

With the dog now dead, it was easy enough for him to break into the man’s home and end his life (Hebrews 9:27).

This he did.

This last week, I was having a conversation with an individual who was trying to tell me as to how I should deliver my message.  “After all,” he said, “it is not what you say, but how you say it that matters.”

Remember with me that this is coming from the generation of those who refuse to correct themselves (Proverbs 15:32) and those that reject the counsel of God against themselves (Luke 7:30).  It is coming from those who are continuously caught up with the propaganda that comes from the mainstream media that they say that they do not believe (Romans 1:18). How hypocritical and ignorant can these people be (Matthew 23:3)?  How foolish they look to the up and coming generations!

These are the same people that have put us into the predicament that we are in today and yet, want us to listen to their ill-advised and Biblical and Constitutional illiterate advice in hopes of making more two-fold children of Hell (Matthew 23:15).

These are still caught up into the message of circular reason or that of the “Circus of Politics” where the left-right paradigm plays on (As if to suggest that we have several different versions of our Constitutional Republic – Article 4, Section 4, US Constitution), which is constantly being fueled by the conservative talking heads only to further divide the American people (Mark 3:25) in helping mold the people into a deceived and more easily conquer-ready prey.

Of course, this counters that of a Biblical message, which exposes and corrects their ignorance (2 Timothy 3:16), out of love (1 Corinthians 13:6, Romans 5:5), regardless if they hear it or not.

“As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.” -Revelation 3:19-20

“Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men;” -2 Corinthians 5:11

“Is not my word like as a fire? saith the Lord; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?” -Jeremiah 23:29

But, lo, he speaketh boldly, and they say nothing unto him. Do the rulers know indeed that this is the very Christ? -John 7:26

“For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.” -Matthew 7:29

The Bible says that we are to blow the trumpet to warn men to deliver their own souls

“If when he seeth the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the people; Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head. He heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver his soul. But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand. So thou, O son of man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me. When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shalt surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand. Nevertheless, if thou warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.” -Ezekiel 33:3-9

Yet, these are those who mean to tone down the power of the Spirit in warning (1 Thessalonians 1:5), which also mean to make the Lord out to be just like themselves by turning the trumpet (Revelation 1:10) into a flute.

So conditioned they are, and so tempered down by the hirelings of the day (John 10:12), who have turned the grace of God into lasciviousness (Jude 1:4), who have long departed from the faith (1 Timothy 4:1), who want you to see the Lion of The Tribe of Judah (Revelation 5:5) as that of a submissive little toothless kitten in the lap of the devil who continuously mocks the Living God, that they have become like them.As a matter of fact, if Jesus preached the same message that many of these preach today (If you want to call it that), He would have never been crucified.

Jesus did not come into the world to tell the world that everything is OK.  No, He preached, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand” (Matthew 3:2; John 7:7)

These have not the spirit (Jude 1:19), for they are not valiant for the truth (Jeremiah 9:3), nor do they lay it to heart (Malachi 2:2).  They have not a care for the affliction of Joseph (Amos 6:6) and are yet, are dead in their sins (1 Corinthian 15: 15-17). No wonder why men look on these with contempt.

“Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.” -James 4:6

No wonder why no one listens to there lifeless words (Articles-Political talk-Sermons) and inactions (James 2:14-26).

“Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are as graves which appear not, and the men that walk over them are not aware of them.” -Luke 11:44

These are the same people that think that they are going to look to the face of God on Judgment Day and tell the Lord as to how His servants should have preached His warnings. That just isn’t going to happen. Scripture tells us

“And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?” Revelation 6:15-17

No, sir, they will not.

To he who has ears let him hear.
