Trump Orders Hospitals Stop Transgender Surgeries On Children – Where Is His Authority To Do So?
Executive orders issued by presidents are one thing that just sticks in this writer’s craw. The framers of the Constitution for the united States of America placed this authority under the executive branch for very good reason. However, presidents down through the ages have abused, misused, and incorrectly exercised that authority. Used properly and constitutionally, executive orders help curb dictatorial rule and government overreach by the other branches. Rarely have presidents ever used executive orders in the constitutional framework established by our founders. What presidents have typically used the authority of executive orders to do is implement policies, agendas, engage in overreach through dictatorial rule, and for political reasons that reward cronies, waste funds, engage in corruption and criminality, and advance anti-republican principles. In a clear example of the incorrect and misuse of executive orders, Donald Trump has ordered hospitals to cease the chemical and surgical mutilation of children in what is being dubbed “gender-affirming” care.
Where does Donald Trump get his authority to “order” hospitals to stop any type of medical procedure – immoral and unethical though “gender-affirming” care is? The Constitution grants no authority to any branch of government over any type of health, healthcare, or private institutions, regardless of the institution unconstitutionally receiving federal money. But, because Donald Trump has decided to intervene in an unethical and immoral “practice” by physicians, this is being hailed as a triumph.
There is no doubt the chemical and surgical mutilation of children in the immoral and unethical practice dubbed “gender-affirming” care has caused tremendous damage mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, as well as physically. But, it is not under the president’s constitutional authority to issue an “edict” or “diktat” to cease these procedures. Where does that authority lie?
Before providing an answer to that question, let this writer make one thing perfectly clear. Performing these types of procedures on children is unethical and immoral. There are only two genders(sexes) – male and female. An individual cannot change their gender(sex) through chemical or surgical means. Physicians know this; yet, they engage in this perverse practice. It amounts to performing experimental procedures. Parents who are providing “informed permission” for their children are negligent in their duty to protect their children and provide for their well-being. In essence, these parents are engaging in child abuse.
The authority governing the practice of physicians lies in the laws of God; the States in their practice act for physicians and the State medical boards; and, ethical and moral standards established by their medical associations. It seems the States and medical associations have failed in their duty because physicians ignore morality and ethics and violate the laws of God.
State legislatures have failed in their ethical and moral duty as well. They have used existing laws, inappropriately, to justify these experimental procedures to the detriment of society instead of prosecuting these inhumane procedures as crimes. Despite their “stance” on the Tenth Amendment, the States forget one little caveat to the Tenth Amendment – the people.
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people, – Tenth Amendment, The Constitution for the united States of America.
Just like the federal government, the States have zero authority over health or health care. Health and health care are personal and individual, meaning it is the personal responsibility of each person. However, this does not convey a “right” of the parent to abuse their children through experimental procedures nor does it convey any authority for a physician/surgeon to engage in grotesque procedures and experiments on children. It is child abuse and child abuse is a crime.
To counteract an unconstitutional executive order by Trump, New York State Attorney General Letitia James sent a stern warning to hospitals who followed Trump’s order to cease “gender-affirming” care, aka experimental procedures to change an individual’s sex. James sent a letter to hospitals informing the entities that if hospitals did not continue providing these experimental procedures on children, the entities would be in violation of anti-discrimination laws. How is it discrimination to stop performing experimental procedures on children, who cannot make a decision for themselves and have to rely on parents’ “good judgment”? When a parent’s good judgment fails or is faulty, who is there to protect the children?
It should be the physician/surgeon providing counseling to these parents, using sound medical knowledge, to prevent a child from being harmed. Instead, physicians/surgeons are all too happy to please a parent at the expense of a child.
These procedures are not life-saving. In fact, they are life-damaging. If one thought about it long and hard, one could compare these procedures to the grotesque experiments conducted by Nazi doctor Josef Mengele at the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration/extermination camp. These procedures are not medical treatment. They are mutilation.
Anti-discrimination laws are being used, inappropriately, by James to support immorality and unethical behavior on the part of individuals calling themselves physicians/surgeons. As mentioned previously, State licensing boards, State medical review boards, and physicians’ associations have condoned these atrocious behaviors through their silence.
In all honesty, physicians/surgeons providing this service are doing so for money, period. These modern-day Mengeles cast aside compassion, morality, ethics, and good practices for the love of money. They chose to serve mammon rather than God. They care not for these children, their patients and families, and certainly not for humanity. It is money they worship. Idolators all.
All of this ridiculousness stems from a delusion that God makes mistakes. God doesn’t make mistakes. God doesn’t put the wrong mind in the wrong body. He made man male and female. He didn’t create man to have attraction between men of the same sex. And, he certainly didn’t create man to have no sex, or have attraction to both sexes, or any other delusional thinking that would fall within the LGBTQrstuvwxyz ideology. God made man male and female to be fruitful and multiply throughout His creation.
There is no “right” to violate God’s laws. These experimental procedures are doing just that.
There is not one State authority – licensing board and/or medical review board – nor medical association that is worth their salt letting this type of service continue. But, because they are allowing it, it does not provide an opportunity for one man to interject an “order” he is not authorized to issue to stop it. By the same token, there is no authority for an attorney general to stand erroneously on anti-discrimination laws to promote it. In fact, the attorney generals in every State should be bringing charges against these physicians and removing those sitting on licensing boards and medical review boards.
It is up to the people to put a stop to this for the sake of the children. But, the people bowed down and engaged in participating in an experiment with the CONvid-19 mRNA gene-therapy bioweapon shots. And, the people pushed it on children. All under the guise of “medical treatment” or “prevention”. If the people are this far gone now, what will tomorrow bring?
