Trump’s ICE Gestapo Is Back in Action with More Murders
ICE has total disregard for safety or procedures. The deaths speak for themselves.
Spotlight Houston
“Either these agents are completely untrained or intentionally putting themselves in situations where they can justify firing into cars.”
Asked about the recent ICE-related fatal shootings in Texas and Maine, Houston’s top prosecutor, Harris District Attorney Sean Teare, tells @camiloreports that the actions of federal immigration agents “in no way resemble” the tactics of “every law enforcement agency” he’s worked with.
Florida Man Killed at Traffic Stop
Well Trained?
Going Door-to-Door Unwarranted and Illegal
Gestapo Actions
Dragging an unarmed gunshot victim violently out of a car, throwing him on the ground, handcuffing him, and leaving him to die, bleeding out in the street, IS NOT RENDERING AID, you murderous goons. America now has racist death squads.
America now has a Gestapo Force.
Lawless Conduct
ICE Killing in Maine
Tragedy
History Didn’t Die
Spotlight Chicago
ICE agents smashed a handcuffed man’s face into a stone wall, then assaulted a U.S. citizen, multiple times, once they realized they were filming.
In the video, multiple ICE agents have a man in handcuffs. While he is completely under their control, and not resisting, they smash his face into a stone wall.
A U.S. citizen begins asking for the man’s name, while filming… note that he is not interfering, blocking the agents, or preventing the arrest in any way…. But that doesn’t stop the ICE agent from chases after him, while another agent threatens him with a taser.
As the citizen is actively backing away, the agent continues walking toward him, and aggressively shoves him backwards.
Even after the detained man is being escorted to the vehicle… and the legal observer is nowhere near the agents, or their cars… that same ICE agent continues shoving the U.S. citizen for no apparent reason.
And while he is standing on the public sidewalk, another agent walks over and points a taser inches from him, and then turns around and points his taser at other innocent people, who are just standing and watching.
Americans have a First Amendment right to record government officials performing their duties in public. Threatening, intimidating, or assaulting someone because they are documenting law enforcement, violates that right.
And slamming a person face, who is handcuffed and not resisting, into a stone wall is excessive force.
This is exactly why it’s important to always record anytime you see ICE agents.
Because when there isn’t video evidence, we’re told to trust the government’s version of events. And more often than not, their version is filled with lies.
But when there is video, the people filming often become the next target… just for documenting what is happening.
And that’s what makes this so alarming.
This is happening across the country, almost every single day. Americans are watching videos of people being thrown to the ground, beaten, threatened, shoved, tased, and intimidated by federal agents… while never seeing anyone held accountable.
When a government refuses to investigate or discipline agents who violate people’s constitutional rights, it sends a message that they can keep doing it.
And that’s exactly what we’re seeing.
The Constitution means nothing if the people sworn to uphold it can violate it without consequence.
And as long as this administration refuses to hold ICE agents accountable, Americans should expect to keep seeing videos like this… because impunity breeds abuse.
Trump Reverses ICE Decision to Suspend Traffic Stops
Following Geatapo tactics in which people died, ICE suspended traffic stops.
Today, the Wall Street Journal reports Trump Reverses ICE Decision to Suspend Traffic Stops
President Trump said U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers should continue using traffic stops to arrest immigrants, reversing a recent decision by the agency.
“[W]e must be strong, tough, and smart, and we CANNOT give up one of I.C.E.’s most important and effective Crime Fighting tools, THE TRAFFIC STOP!,” Trump wrote in a Truth Social post on Wednesday. “Once we do, we are playing right into the criminal’s hands.” The president encouraged ICE officers to be “judicious, fair and smart, and go back and do your very important job.”
In a statement, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin didn’t directly address the president’s announcement.
Mullin spoke with Sen. Susan Collins (R., Maine) after Monday’s shooting in Maine and discussed suspending the use of traffic stops, according to a person familiar with their conversations.
Collins is up for re-election in Maine, a state that Democrats see as crucial for winning back the Senate.
The two recent shootings have renewed scrutiny over DHS’s approach to immigration enforcement. Earlier this year, federal immigration officials fatally shot two U.S. citizens, Alex Pretti and Renee Good, in separate incidents in Minnesota, leading to widespread public backlash.
Say Goodbye and Good Riddance to Sue Collins
Senator Collins was the deciding vote to approve an additional $70 billion in federal funding for ICE last month.
My baseline case all year was that Collins would be outed. Then some shocking stories about the Democratic challenger Graham Platner surfaced, and Collins was back with a chance.
However, Platner opted out, and Democrats will get a second chance to get this right.
Say goodbye to Collins.
Also, say goodbye to Senator Thom Tillis in North Carolina, who is stepping down after feuding with Trump. Tillis is nearly guaranteed to lose to a Democrat.
Tillis and Collins are two of the four pickups Democrats need to win the Senate.
What’s It All About?
One Word: Desperation.
Trump has resorted to desperate ICE tactics, desperate Iran war tactics, increasingly desperate and obvious lies, and a desperate ploy on Thursday to address the nation with desperate 2020 election lies.
Riling up voters in Maine and Texas over ICE, and voters everywhere over the price of gasoline, is not going to win votes.
Hispanics and independents in Texas are outraged by ICE.
Trump at one time managed to put ICE on the back burner when Kristi Noem resigned as Homeland Secretary following riots and ICE murders in Minnesota.
Following national outrage, border czar Tom Homan promised a more “targeted” and “smarter” approach, prioritizing individuals with serious criminal histories to keep the faith of the American public.
That just went out the window like nearly every Trump administration promise.
What to Expect
More lies, more desperation, and blatant attempts to steal the election while accusing Democrats of all those.
