Tucker Carlson Expresses Support For NYC’s Unconstitutional “Stop & Frisk,” Then Hypocritically Claims Republicans “Stand For The Law”

There is plenty of reason to like Tucker Carlson.  Much of the time, Carlson will stand on the Constitution and chastise those who trample it.  On the other hand, there are times when Carlson misses the boat and supports totally unconstitutional, illegal, immoral acts committed by government against the people.  Case in point was his monologue on Fox News Tucker Carlson Tonight supporting New York City’s “stop and frisk” unconstitutional, illegal “law” pushed into action by none other than Michael Bloomberg and praised by President Donald J. Trump when debating Hillary Clinton in 2016.

Did you watch carefully?  Catch the hypocrisy?

“All Americans deserve to live in a safe, clean, law-abiding pleasant country.  And, if there’s any reason to vote Republican, it’s because they stand up for that.  When they cease standing up for that, what’s the point”?

According to the Fourth Amendment contained in the Constitution for the united States of America, the right of the people to be secure in their person, house, papers and effects against unreasonable search and seizure shall not be infringed.  Because government is instituted among men to secure the God-given individual unalienable rights of the people, unconstitutional “stop and frisk”, despite the anecdotes that claim “it keeps New Yorkers safe”, is an infringement by the government upon an individual’s right to be secure in their person.

This next issue is only going to be referenced once and explained.  If it isn’t clear to you, there is nothing else to be done that can help you get your brain out of someone else’s head.

The Supreme Court does not make law nor does it determine what is constitutional.  If you believe otherwise, please site Article, Section, paragraph and clause contained in the Constitution that gives the Court that authority.  The Constitution authorizes the Supreme Court jurisdiction only in the enumerated, specific cases arising under the Constitution. (Article III, Section 2, paragraph 1, first sentence).  Therefore, regardless of what the Supremes decided in Terry v. Ohio, “stop and frisk” is unconstitutional.  Rarely does the Supreme Court even rule using the Constitution as the law.  Instead, they render their decisions based on personal feelings and beliefs.  The “justices” usurp authority to hear cases outside their constitutional jurisdiction because they want to impose their beliefs on the rest of the citizenry.

Tucker has it wrong when claiming that Republicans stand up for the law.  Anyone remember the PATRIOT Act, the NDAA, and spying on American citizens under the FISA courts, which was to only apply to foreign individuals?  All happened under a Republican administration.  Has any of that, including the sexual assault groping by the TSA, made Americans safer?  NO!  What these measures have done is to make government more powerful by using fearmongering.  Noncompliance is met with the threat of force at the barrel of a government gun.

Now, we are facing State implementation of unconstitutional “Red Flag” gun prohibition/confiscation pretend laws based on the knee-jerk reaction and opinion of the current Republican president in response to the Parkland, FL, school shooting.  Throw out the Fifth Amendment.  Discard the Fourth Amendment.  Take those nasty guns first and worry about due process later – that is the paraphrase of a Republican president.  Right on cue, State legislatures, Republican majority as well as Democrat majority, raced to create bills to pass that would violate the very rights of citizens outside the authorization of the Constitution, creating ex post facto laws.  And, Republicans are supposed to be standing up for the law?  Where are they then?

What do you say to that Tucker?  Where is it that government’s job is to keep citizens safe?  Governments are instituted among men to protect the God-given unalienable rights of citizens.  Among those rights are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.  It is up to the individual citizen to provide for his/her safety and that of his/her family, loved ones, and other citizens.

An individual’s rights do not end where another’s fear begins or another’s request for safety is expressed.  Simply put, do not do to others what you would not want others to do to you.  Where are Republicans standing against violations of individual rights government is instituted to protect and secure?  It’s simple – they are out to lunch.

Tucker, you can’t criticize Bernie for his socialist/communist policies and turn around to praise one of those socialist/communist policies when supported by a Republican president.  It’s hypocritical.  Many of your viewers thought better of you.  So, either you support the Constitution, or you don’t.  It’s that simple.  There is no picking and choosing what you like or don’t like in the Constitution.  It’s not a Chinese buffet;  it is the document that created our government.  Discarding of recognized, guaranteed, and protected rights because of “safety” or some other frivolity is a strict violation of the purpose of government, period;  end of story.

If Republicans are the ones who stand for the law, why is it that the usurper, Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Soebarkah, was not impeached for his crimes?  The same goes for Hillary Clinton, James Comey, John Brennan, James Clapper, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Lois Lerner, Loretta Lynch, Cheryl Mills, and the plethora of others who have violated the Constitution?  And, you can add President Trump to that list and not because of the hoax of Russia interference and the rhetoric spewed about Ukraine.

Yeah, we can all see how Republicans are standing for the law.  Why don’t you address that, Tucker, instead of waving the jersey of your team while ignoring their violations?  America is waiting.
