Uniformed Cop In Patrol Car Pulled Over Wasted With Beer In His Car (Video)

Eustis, FL — As the Free Thought Project reports on a regular basis, police officers will extort, kidnap, cage, and kill citizens in the land of the free for minor violations which they, themselves, break all the time. On a daily basis police officers are caught drunk behind the wheel despite devoting much of their careers to pulling over folks for the same crime.

The cases are far too numerous to report on all of them but when a uniformed cop is seen driving down the road recklessly in his patrol car, this warrants coverage. That’s exactly what happened to a five-year veteran of the Apopka police department, 25-year-old Oscar Mayorga.

Mayorga was arrested this week after residents called police to report that a police cruiser was swerving all over the road and putting motorists in danger.

When police responded, they found Mayorga swerving down Highway 441 and pulled him over. Mayorga was on his way to work the day after the 4th of July and was drinking in his patrol car, a whopping 5 times over the legal limit.

WESH reports:

According to the report, Mayorga told the officer in slurred speech that he was on his way to work. He also stated that he is prone to having seizures and did not feel well. He also said he took several Benadryl a few hours ago, but initially denied consuming any alcohol.

The officer reported smelling a strong odor of alcohol and asked Mayorga to step out of the vehicle. The arrest report states he staggered and used the cruiser’s door to stand.

While speaking to EMS, Mayorga stated he consumed three tall boys of alcohol. He said he was “supposed to” have six hours between drinking and going to work.

A breath test revealed Mayorga’s blood-alcohol level was 0.391.

Since his arrest, the department has placed him on paid leave and they released the following statement.

“On July 04, 2022, the Apopka Police Department was notified by the Eustis Police Department that they had conducted a traffic stop on an Apopka Police Officer in his marked agency vehicle and agency issued uniform, for suspicion of driving under the influence. The Eustis Police Department conducted their investigation and arrested the officer for driving under the influence. After the Eustis Police Department completed their investigation, members of the Apopka Police Department responded to the scene to recover the agency vehicle and officer’s equipment. The officer has been placed on administrative leave with pay, pending an administrative review of the incident, in accordance with Florida Statute 112.532.”

Just weeks ago, TFTP reported on a similar case but this time, instead of a patrol officer, it was the actual chief of police.

That stop happened on April 22 when a motorist called 911 to report a red truck that was “weaving all over the place” and had almost hit a mailbox.

“He’s gonna kill somebody,” the caller told 911.

When officers showed up, they found Bordentown Police Chief Brian Pesce lying in the road with his pants down. He appeared to have fallen down and had a contusion on his head. Because they didn’t yet know he was the Bordentown chief, the two officers proceed to making fun of him on the scene.

Noticing a puddle of liquid on the ground, an officer suggests with clear disgust that he “p—ed on his tire and then took a spill,” the video shows.

As the officers continue to joke around, one of them searching through Pesce’s truck then finds his badge, “Ohhhh….” the officer says, before both of them turn off their body cameras. When the cameras turned back on, Pesce was treated differently, this time with respect and dignity.
