Video Discovered During Investigation: 4 Men Rape Unconscious Woman on Beach in Broad Daylight at Spring Break

In a video that was discovered by the Troy Police Department during an investigation of a shooting, it was discovered that at least four men gang raped a young woman who appeared unconscious during Spring Break in Florida. The unimaginable thing was that it was not being done in a back room, but right on the beach… in broad daylight… in front of hundreds of other people.

According to WSFA, Delonte’ Martistee, 22, of Bainbridge, GA, and Ryan Austin Calhoun, 23, of Mobile, have been charged with sexual battery by multiple perpetrators.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

The 19-year-old woman in the video was not identified.

AL.com reports:

Bay County (Fla.) Sheriff Frank McKeithen said he “will not back off” in seeking changes to tamp down spring break behavior in Panama City Beach Friday after two Troy University students were arrested in connection with a video that McKeithen said showed a “gang rape” that occurred on the beaches of Panama City Beach last month.

McKeithen said the video shows a 19-year-old victim who appeared to be incapacitated on a chair behind Spinnaker Beach Club when she was assaulted by multiple men. McKeithen said the incident occurred “in the broad, open daylight,” and hundreds of bystanders did not try to stop the incident or report it to authorities.

“Within 10 feet from where this is happening there are hundreds, hundreds of people standing there watching, looking, seeing, hearing what is going on, and yet our culture and our society and our young people have got to the point where obviously this is acceptable somewhere, but I will tell you it is not acceptable in Bay County,” McKeithen said.

He called the video “probably one of the most disgusting, repulsive, sickening things that I have seen this year on Panama City Beach, and I have seen a lot of them.”

“This is disgusting,” he said. “We have got to get control of our beaches, it is not safe for our children to be out there on the beaches when these animals are out there.”

The victim says that she believes that she had been drugged and told authorities that she did not remember the incident, which took place between March 10-12, taking place, which is why she did not report it.

McKeithen said that one man is heard in the clip saying, ‘she isn’t going to know,’ before putting his hand inside her bikini bottoms.

According to Troy University officials, both men were suspended from the university and Martistee was removed from the Troy track team.

Before anyone gets worked up about Troy Police illegally going through the cell phone without a warrant, the Troy Police Department obtained permission from the owner, which is how things should work. They were within the law.

The interesting thing is that this crime would have never been uncovered if not for the investigation into the Alabama shooting.

Major Tommy Ford with the Bay County Sheriff’s Office said, “There would not have been an investigation. We did not know this incident had occurred until we were notified of the existence of the video. We did not know of the victim’s identity until we took steps to identify her — she did not report it.”

Arrests have tripled in Panama City Beach from 2014.

While those in law enforcement says the culture of spring break has “taken a dark and disturbing turn,” nothing could be further from the truth. Spring break has always been dark and disturbing, even when I was a teenager, it was that way. It has only grown more dark and more disturbing the further our society moves away from its Creator.

Parents, why anyone would let their kid attend Spring Break anywhere in our country is beyond me. It’s like throwing them to the wolves, and this 19-year-old is the latest to discover the dangers of Spring Break. Don’t let it happen to your kid.
