Watch What The Orlando Shooter’s Father Says About His Son [VIDEO]

Omar Mateen’s father, Seddique Mateen, had this to say about homosexuals and homosexuality. In an interview with the Washington Post, translated from Dari (a variant of Persian spoken in Afghanistan), into English, Mateen expressed shock that his son killed 50 people and injured another 53 at the Pulse nightclub.

But, of the homosexuals at the club, Mateen said it was God’s responsibility to punish, “not God’s servants.”

The father claims that his son bought two guns after he saw

“two men kissing each other in front of his wife and kid and he got very angry. They were kissing each other and touch each other…. He was highly educated. He was such a perfect father. I don’t know what went through his mind to go after a gay bar.”

But according to people who knew Omar Mateen, this isn’t true, because Mateen was “gay and in the closet.”

In fact, someone who knew him told the Canadian Press:

“That’s bullcrap, right there. No offense. That’s straight-up crap. He’s been around us. Some of those people did a little more than (kiss) outside the bar … He was partying with the people who supposedly drove him to do this?”

Mateen said he didn’t know his son had “hatred in his heart.”
