“You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.” -Matthew 5:13
Here we go again, the modern-day church leader Franklin Graham speaks. Instead of the American Church obeying the Lord (Proverbs 7:2) in preaching peace and righteousness (Isaiah 51:4) through their actions, they are indoctrinated to sit back and watch the world preach their gospel of hate and violence. Where is the Church today? Silent and submissive to the unjust (Isaiah 26:9) because they have left off Christ as the One that they should be emulating (John 14:6). In other words, man has stepped in the place of the divine and have rejected the Lord (Jeremiah 5:31; John 10:12). Apparently Franklin is at peace with a world that is at war with God!
Remember here friends, Jesus Christ – the Scripture is the standard here, not Franklin Graham (John 14:6).
Interestingly, it is not that Franklin Graham son of Billy Graham would say during COVID-19 that “We need to obey the authorities,” and during the riots, Franklin said that we needed to pray. Apparently, Franklin hasn’t read church history (Acts).
The reoccurring themes with both Franklin and his father are that they continually play the diplomats, bartering God’s Word to that of fallen man’s, especially when it comes to the Church’s responsibilities before God. They are both reproachful and embarrassing at times (Mark 7:13). Yes friends pray but also bring forth the works (James 2:14-26) in protest toward corruption (Matthew 16:17-19). Franklin is in fact neutering the Church and the biblically illiterate are following in close pursuit (Isaiah 30).
“Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.”
When you think of the COVID-19 narrative that is falling apart on a daily basis as hundreds of thousands across the world in the medical profession continue to debunk this fraud that is being perpetuated on the people globally, Franklin Graham tells the Church to submit to authorities. That authority was given unto us by God in Romans 13. I cannot find in Scripture anywhere as to where we are to submit to tyranny. In fact, I find just the opposite, which is in the Scripture that proceeds Romans chapter 13.
“Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.” -Romans 12:21
The authorities that he is referring to are the same corrupt politicians that are exposed on a daily basis for lies, fraud and scandal (John 8:44). These are the same ones that have released sex offenders and felons from prison while also throwing church-goers into jail for obeying God (Acts 5:29). They are the ones that have unlawfully shut down business in contrast to the commands of God (Deuteronomy 24:6; 2 Thessalonians 3:10).
These are the same ones that have taught Americans to take on the language from this government such as “essential workers” which is directly from Adolph Hitler’s playbook found in the Third Reich concerning political prisoners. They are the same ones that were rewarding people to snitch on each other.
One has to ask themselves why Franklin Graham is indoctrinating the Church to submit to tyranny 1 Peter 2:14)?
Furthermore, the authority in this country and the supreme law of the land is the US Constitution (Article 2, Section 3; Article 6 Section 2), which gives the American people provision and authority to throw off the corruption and yet, Franklin Graham would have you submit to them. This is how slaves are made and maintained.
This is also the same government that has kept Americans in a perpetual state of fear for decades, regardless of how many times their contrived crises have been debunked decade after decade (Luke 12:21). Then again, corrupt politicians are encouraged to continue in doing so when seeing this kind of heretical nonsense coming from those who should know better.
Believe it or not, the modern churches have had weekend conferences on faith versus works. Galatians 5:6 tells us that “faith worketh by love” and, of course, love is in demonstration (1 John 3:18) and we are commanded to seek and to save that which is lost (Luke 19:10); and I do not know of a better time than to get out there and reach the lost (John 4:35) than right now.
With all of this rioting and looting going on in the world, there couldn’t be a better time than to demonstrate our love to God and to man (1 John 5:2).
The Church is to bring the answers to the world (Isaiah 58:12), not to be lullabied back to sleep because it is the safe thing to do.
Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. -Ephesians 5:14
Former slave and abolitionist Frederick Douglas stated: ‘I prayed for freedom for twenty years, but received no answer until I prayed with my legs.’
In conclusion, the world loves the Grahams, while Christ was hated (John 15:18). Look at how they are held up in admiration and are highly esteemed among men, which is an abomination to God (Luke 16:15), and how men speak well of the Grahams.
“Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.” -Luke 6:26
Franklin Graham needs to study Church history, as well as his need to repent (Matthew 3:2), period; as do the men that are following him. They need to get to their own Bibles to know as to whom they should be following.
“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” -2 Timothy 2:15
