Where Is The Government Deriving Authority From Concerning “Stay At Home” Edicts? Most People Do Not Know That They Are Slaves Until They Find They Cannot Do The Things That They Wanted To!

Did you know that a majority of them that are called Representatives in America are governing outside of their delegated authority, authority that “We the People” never gave to them? All day long this is taking place. And what is sad is that there are them that are submitting to that which is un-Constitutional policies, which only adds strength to corrupt governments un-American global agenda (Psalm 94:20).

“Kings will be tyrants from policy when subjects are rebels from principle.” –Edmond Burke.

Therefore what is taking place here in America is that the said Representatives that do not know the US Constitution (Enumerated Laws-Founding documents) are administering un-law and the serfs and vassals (The uneducated) are further becoming enslaved.

Because the people have become so uneducated to their founding documents, that the people actually believe that the said Representatives somehow have the right to administer that which is un-constitutional, and yet when it comes to that which is constitutional, and have the force of law behind them somehow or another it is not applicable (Isaiah 5:20). One such case is the recent interview with New Jersey’s Governor Phil Murphy.

The Hill reported,

New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy on Wednesday defended his decision to include churches and other houses of worship in his state’s strict social distancing guidelines to stop the spread of the coronavirus in the face of questions from Tucker Carlson of Fox News.

Murphy said he was thinking of stopping the spread of the coronavirus, which has killed more than 3,000 in New Jersey, and not the Bill of Rights when he issued the rules.

Carlson asked Murphy about the arrests in Ocean County, N.J., of 15 men who were congregating for a rabbi’s funeral at a Lakewood synagogue in early April.

“The Bill of Rights, as you well know, protects Americans’ rights — enshrines their right to practice their religion as they see fit and to congregate together to assemble peacefully,” Carlson said. “By what authority did you nullify the Bill of Rights in issuing this order? How do you have the power to do that?”

“That’s above my pay grade, Tucker,” Murphy replied. “I wasn’t thinking of the Bill of Rights when we did this. … We looked at all the data and the science and it says people have to stay away from each other. That is the best thing we can do to break the back of the curve of this virus, that leads to lower hospitalization and ultimately fatalities.”

Carson then pressed Murphy on how he had the authority to issue guidelines that would prevent people from gathering at a house of worship.

“Since you are an elected official, a leader in the government, an executive, how do you have the authority to order something that so clearly contravenes the Bill of Rights of the United States — the U.S. Constitution. Where do you get the authority to do that?” Carlson said.

New Jersey Governor On “Stay At Home” Orders: “I Wasn’t Thinking Of The Bill Of Rights”

Let me put this into perspective for you:  how many men fought, bled and died fighting against the very corruptions to which you are now submitting yourselves?

Did not this governor and every other said representative swear to uphold the same laws found in the US Constitution just as our veterans who died ratifying it with their blood, and the laws that were listed so to ensure to their posterity the freedoms which they now have? Why yes, they did.

Before submitting to any edict of government, make sure that what you submit to is what you delegated to your representatives to do because if not, you will soon find you and your posterity further enslaved (Romans 6:15-23).

“The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppresss.”-Frederick Douglas
