Man Stands Up To Muslim Mass Murderer, Now He Is Being Prosecuted For ‘Insulting The Murderer’

You just can’t make this up.

Thomas Salbey was one of the few people who stood up to and tried to stop Muslim mass shooter Ali Sonboly, who murdered 9 people before killing himself and whom we wrote about here two weeks ago on Shoebat.com. Now, in a sick twist, Mr. Salbey is being prosecuted for “insulting the murderer”:

Thomas Salbey, 57, saw the shooting happening from his balcony in the Bavarian capital on July 22.

In an attempt to stop 18 year old Ali Sonboly from further slaughtering people, he swore at the shooter as he was standing in a car park below.

Footage of the feisty exchange went viral as thousands praised Mr Salbey for standing up to the deluded teenager.

(He) also hurled a beer bottle at the attacker in a desperate attempt to stop him.

He said: “All I had was a beer bottle to throw at him, but if I had a gun I would have shot him in the head.”

Now, in a twist of (…) justice, Mr Salbey is now facing charges for standing up to the killer who shot himself in the head.

He said the post-shooting exchange between Mr Salbey and Sonboly had no influence on their actions.

What will be included in the charges remains to be established, as it whether they will be brought forward.

But Mr Weinzierl, suggested they could include “insults to the detriment of the dead.”

Detriment of the dead? It depends on who is dead and if that person is liked by the state or not at the current time.

We always knew this, but this case is a clear example of what “hate crime” legislation is all about. It has nothing to do with actual crime, but it is intended to give the government a weapon to prosecute people for having “socially unacceptable” opinions, especially about their misdeeds or evil intentions.
