In this episode, we’ll take a look at the Book of Hebrews warning against apostasy from the Gospel of Jesus Christ. While the writer warns his readers about the consequences of leaving what they have seen and experienced in the New Covenant Assembly, he makes clear that going back the Old Covenant, which at that time was about to be done away with to establish the New, will render them without a sacrifice for their sins and bring upon them a worse punishment than anyone received under the Old Covenant. Today’s professed believers should consider this very seriously in light of the fact that many are openly abandoning the Gospel and attempting to justify it with political idolatry, among many things.
