Judge & Former UN Weapons Inspector: Trump Committed War Crime & An Impeachable Offense, & Lied To The American People About It (Video)

The actions taken by President Donald Trump and his “loyalists,” Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Vice President JD Vance, against Iran is now being called what it is:  An impeachable offense and a  war crime.  They are all guilty and should be immediately impeached and prosecuted (Article II, Section 4; Article I, Section 3, Clause 7 of the US Constitution).  Why?  Because any military action or declaration of war requires that Congress, not the president, make that call (Article I, Section 8, Clauses 4, 15-16).  The strike on Iran, just like the two strikes on Syria during Trump 1.0 are lawless, unconstitutional, impeachable and prosecutable.

In a recent interview, Judge Andrew Napolitano and former UN weapons inspector Scott Ritter break down the criminal activity that just took place and the reality of what actually happened, which the president and his cabinet members all lied about to the American people.
