Meeting Community Standard? Facebook Sides With Pro-Homosexual Group That Wants To “Burn… Alive” Conservative Blogger

Once again, we are left scratching our heads at just what standards Facebook actually has.  We know they write a bunch of gobbledygook, through it together and enforce it rather, shall we say, biased?

The latest example of this comes as conservative blogger Elizabeth Johnston, also known as “The Activist Mommy,” discovered a group on Facebook that is pro-homosexual that is named, “I will find The Activist Mommy and burn whoever runs it alive.”

Right there, isn’t that a threat?  Isn’t it open harassment?  Doesn’t it imply the desire to murder a woman who has not physically attacked anyone in that group?  Any sane, normal person would think so.

But not Facebook.

Upon discovery of the group, Johnston immediately reported it to Facebook.  She also encouraged her followers to flag it, as well.

After reporting the group to Facebook, Johnston said that she was shocked at the reply she received and posted it on her Facebook page.

“We looked over the group you reported, and though it doesn’t go against one of our specific Community Standards, we understand that the group or something shared in it may still be offensive to you and others,” the reply stated.  “No one should have to feel bullied or harassed on Facebook, and we’re sorry you had this experience.”

They then added that she could send them the exact content of what was the problem, as if the name of the group was not a clear violation of their community standards.

Johnston then added, “So a page named ‘I Will Find Activist Mommy And Burn Whoever Runs It Alive’ does NOT go against Facebook’s community standards? ????????????????‍♀️Hmmm…if that is not targeted violence, nothing is! Facebook is a joke! Share this folks!”

LifeSite News added that apparently there was a change made to the name of the group.

The legal implications of uttering a death threat may have occurred to the page holder, for he or she eventually printed a disclaimer saying “I don’t really want someone to burn her alive. I don’t want to, I don’t want followers to do so,  just don’t do it. I don’t condone it.”

Since Johnson reported the page, the name of the page has been changed to “May God make the Activist Mommy spontaneously combust.”

Again, that’s definitely harassment and bullying for sure.

If only Facebook were as serious about revealing the truth as they are about aiding the criminally-minded and mentally ill people in society.
