Hillary Clinton: “No One Is About The Law” – Refuses Tulsi Gabbard’s Lawsuit Against Her For Defamation
And this is how it will continue to be until someone brings some justice upon this old witch’s head. In tweeting out about the ridiculous nature of what is going on in DC in the impeachment dog and pony show, criminal Hillary Clinton, whom President Trump has yet to bring to justice as he promised the American people, tweeted “In America, no one is above the law.” However, while typing the very tweet, Mrs. Clinton refuses to not only be held accountable for her blatant and documented crimes against the people of the united States, but also refuses to accept her outright defamation of Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI).

On the same day she tweeted this, she used her secret service detail (one wonders why she continues to get such detail at tax payer expense) to refuse legal documents that she is being served with regard to a $50 million lawsuit by Gabbard.

So no one is above the law, except if it’s Hillary Clinton, who has now TWICE refused to accept service from Rep. Tulsi Gabbard’s lawyers, as part of a $50 million defamation suit relating to Clinton’s accusations that Gabbard is a “Russian asset”.
Gabbard’s attorney, Brian Dunne told The New York Post, “I find it rather unbelievable that Hillary Clinton is so intimidated by Tulsi Gabbard that she won’t accept service of process. But I guess here we are.”
The Post notes that “Dunne said their process server first attempted to effect service at Clinton’s house in Chappaqua on Tuesday afternoon — but was turned away by Secret Service agents.”
The report continues, “The agents directed the server to Clinton’s lawyer, David Kendall, who on Wednesday claimed at his Washington, DC, firm, Williams & Connolly, that he was unable to accept service on Clinton’s behalf, said Dunne.”
Frankly, I hope Tulsi gets every penny and then some.
While Mrs. Clinton has a long history of scandals, crimes and dead bodies in her wicked wake, most recently, she has been clearly engaged in wrongdoing and criminal activity but has yet to be brought to justice.
