Doug Carter
A native of North Carolina, Doug Carter received a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University and a Master of Arts in Christian Ethics from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently an instructor of Ethics and Religion courses in his home state.
