In October of 2023, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Humanitarian Services & Director of Refugee Resettlement Robin Dunn Marcos was called to testify before Congress, and during that testimony, she was asked about children that were being trafficked under her watchful eye. She didn’t seem to have a very good explanation.
