Corruption Plot Thickens: DOJ Will Review FBI Probe Of Trump Campaign

The corruption plot thickens.  The Justice Department has now asked its internal watchdog to examine if there was any impropriety in the counterintelligence investigation of President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign.

Based on information from leakers that say an FBI informant was placed inside the Trump campaign, there was probably at least some moderate impropriety. In fact, The New York Times’ leaker confirmed to the news outlet that the FBI DID run a “spy campaign” against Trump.  With or without the salacious dossier (which was funded by Hillary Clinton), that’s nonetheless wrongdoing. But was the Obama Administration in on it? It certainly looks like it.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Back in 2017, SHTFPlan reported that Mark Levin, who was not a die-hard Trump supporter, said the evidence is all there, and it’s public.

But no matter how much they spin, it is becoming crystal clear that President Obama’s administration did, in fact, involve themselves in electronic spying of Trump and his surrogates in an effort to link him to Russian influence.

As a Constitutional attorney, the radio host is often found making well-documented arguments on his show. In an interview with Fox & Friends on Sunday, Levin hit back at those who deny any involvement into wiretapping of Trump’s staff by the Obama White House.

The evidence, as you’ll see in the video segments below, is simply undeniable and lays  out a devastating case utilizing publicly available documents and investigations that prove without a shadow of a doubt that President Obama inserted himself into a free election in an effort to stifle and delegitimize Trump’s Presidential aspirations. Six federal agencies were involved, including FBI, CIA, NSA, DOJ, Treasury Department Financial Crimes Enforcement Network and the Director of National Intelligence:

The evidence is overwhelming… this is not about President Trump’s tweeting… this is about Obama’s spying… And the question isn’t whether it spied… we know they went to the FISA court twice… it’s the extent of the spying… that is, the Trump campaign, the Trump transition, Trump surrogates… and I want to walk you through this, the American people… this is all public…

It looks like all of the corruption is finally coming full circle.  Earlier Sunday, in one of a series of tweets targeting the probe into whether Trump associates colluded with Russia during the 2016 campaign, President Trump wrote: “I hereby demand, and will do so officially tomorrow, that the Department of Justice look into whether or not the FBI/DOJ infiltrated or surveilled the Trump Campaign for Political Purposes – and if any such demands or requests were made by people within the Obama Administration!”

According to The Wall Street Journal, Justice Department spokesperson Sarah Isgur Flores said Sunday afternoon that the agency had asked the inspector general to expand a probe into how the Federal Bureau of Investigation and federal prosecutors obtained warrants from the nation’s secret spy court to surveil a onetime Trump campaign aide. The goal, Flores said, is to examine “whether there was any impropriety or political motivation in how the FBI conducted its counterintelligence investigation of persons suspected of involvement with the Russian agents who interfered in the 2016 presidential election.” Rod Rosenstein said in a statement Sunday: “If anyone did infiltrate or surveil participants in a presidential campaign for inappropriate purposes, we need to know about it and take appropriate action.”

Rosenstein oversees the Russia investigation. Trump has repeatedly railed against the investigation in the year since it began and has stepped up his attacks in recent days, likely based on the information from leakers. He and his lawyers have seized on reports about the informant as evidence in their view that the probe isn’t about Russia’s efforts to influence the election but rather a partisan attack leveled by the previous Democratic administration.

Former law-enforcement officials have said informants in a probe involving a presidential campaign should only be used for law-enforcement or foreign-intelligence purposes, not for political ends.
