Department of Injustice Suing Arizona for Protecting Border from Further Invasion – This is Treason

“Not only has Arizona refused to halt its trespasses and remove the shipping containers from federal lands, but it has indicated that it will continue to trespass on federal lands and install additional shipping containers…”

Nope, you cannot make up what the corrupt in Washington D.C. are getting away with.

I did not know that it was the purpose of the government to allure illegals into American cites with tax-payer dollars (Welfare is unconstitutional; 2 Thessalonian 3:10).

At the end of the day, this creates an invasion (Deuteronomy 28:43), as well as increased crimes sprees!

It is my biblical and constitutional understanding, as well as a little common sense that comes into play, that tells me this is true (Proverbs 9:10).

Propagandist outlet CNN just highlighted the Department of Injustice’s intent to sue the state of Arizona for doing what it is that they are failing to do and that is to protect the border.

Arizona Governor’s Office/AP CNN — The federal government is suing Arizona for placing shipping containers at the border as a temporary wall, according to court documents filed Wednesday.

In August, Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey, a Republican, issued an executive order telling the state’s Department of Emergency and Military Affairs to use shipping containers to fill in gaps along the border, and did so without official permits or authorization, CNN previously reported. The federal government has been battling with the state ever since to get the containers removed, according to the lawsuit.

The federal government is asking for the court to compel Arizona to remove all materials placed and to “compensate the United States for any actions it needs to take to undo Arizona’s actions.”

The suit, which names Ducey and two Department of Emergency and Military Affairs officials, was filed by the Department of Justice in the US District Court for the District of Arizona.

“Not only has Arizona refused to halt its trespasses and remove the shipping containers from federal lands, but it has indicated that it will continue to trespass on federal lands and install additional shipping containers,” the lawsuit states.

The government claims that the temporary wall “substantially curtailed” the US Forest Service’s ability to access border areas and that the state “cut down or removed scores of trees, clogged drainages, and degraded the habitat of species listed under the Endangered Species Act” during the installation of the shipping containers.

Ducey’s office said in a letter sent to the Justice Department on Tuesday that the government had made a “series of unfounded and inaccurate claims” in an earlier letter stating the department’s intent to file a lawsuit.

“The number one public safety risk and environmental harm has come from inaction by the federal government to secure our border,” the letter from Ducey’s office said. It added that the governor’s office has been trying to work with the federal government to fix their border wall since the Department of Homeland Security announced a plan to fill gaps in December 2021.

“Arizona stands ready to cooperate with the federal government on construction of a border wall and always has been,” the letter from Ducey’s office said. Ducey’s office directed CNN to the letter when asked for comment on the lawsuit.

In conclusion: I cannot find where it is the purpose of government to create disorder and chaos in committing the act of treason against its own people (Luke 22:48).

I can find where it is the purpose of government to condemn the wicked in justifying the righteous (Proverbs 17:15).

Nor can I find in any document established by our forefathers that gives them permission to advocate for sin, which is the transgression of God’s moral law (Exodus 20).

However, I can tell you what it is that I found in our founding documents and that is that the people in this country, in whom resides the power of government, have every right in righting the purposed wrongs (Article III, Section 3), but also have God-given right to lawfully deal with those who are doing the wrongs (Article II, Section 4; Article I, section 3, Clause 7 U.S. Constitution).
