Former Black Congressman: Obama wants Blacks “Vomiting Dissention”

Former Florida Representative and Army Lt. Colonel Allen West was a guest on Fox and Friends with guest host Charles Payne, when he chose to use very strong words to condemn the racial divisiveness that is being spewed from the White House.

Starting at about 1:10 in the video:

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

“For President Obama, when you look at it from his perspective as a progressive socialist community organizer, he believes race relations are fine because of the impact they are having on social justice. So when you have this divide among us because that is the goal of collectivism, which is what the president believes in, then everything is fine for him. When you have somebody like Al Sharpton visiting the White House and providing him counsel 82 times, and standing and putting pressure on Sony, and other individuals, and this angst that has happened, and this mob atmosphere that is going on, this is really what the president would like to have. This vomiting of dissension. But that is not what the inner-city needs right now. We need economic growth, we need better education opportunities, but that is not the focus…”

They [the Obama Administration] created that atmosphere back early in 2009. Eric Holder said we were a nation of cowards when it came to race. And you look at the fact that we have elected and re-elected the first black president, but yet he still believes that is not enough. We have [black people as serving as] the national security advisor, the [secretary of] Department of Homeland Security. I don’t know what else you need to have.”

If we are to win this fight over racism and racial division that the liberals in our nation seem to be so desperately spoiling for, we will need men like Col. West (and Charles Payne) to lead us. Their honesty, integrity and insight will be crucial to moving our country forward in a productive manner – something very different than we’ve seen over the last six years. Hopefully, the upcoming GOP Presidential nomination race will show the nation that the GOP is the real Party of diversity. We hold the best answers to the problems faced by our minority communities, and we won’t pander or fudge the truth simply because it’s convenient. We’ll stick to our guns because we actually care…
