“If this is how one Makes America Great Again, I would hate to see what it would look like if he meant to destroy America…”
We all know the slogan that Donald Trump used in making his appeal to the people before coming the president of the United States, which was none other than “Make America Great Again.” In fact, it was President Ronald Reagan’s slogan back in the 1980s.
Like any other presidential candidate, they promise much on the campaign trail but deliver very little when winning office, and in Donald Trump’s case, the opposite of what was promised is true (Isaiah 5:20).
America has been incessantly under attack since the presidency of Donald Trump. He promises to prosecute Washington politicians and we find that they are being promoted on book tours (Psalm 12:8).
We see that he promises to build a wall only to find that it is the old wall being refurbished (John 8:44).
He’s even going so far as to increase three times the funding to American enemies within (Leviticus 26:17).
We hear him say that he was going to eradicate the national deficit only to find that he has increased the national deficit by 8.3 trillion dollars (Proverbs 19:9).
We hear him talk of defunding Planned Parenthood (Proverbs 6:17) only to find it is the first legislative act that he funded and that he has funded the murder of unborn Americans via Planned Parenthood with more money and more murders in one Fiscal Year than any other president in history.
He claims to be a Christian while advocating that which God clearly condemns (1 John 2:4),
Friends, the list goes on and on and on and on…
America is under attack like never before in modern history no wonder why people are buying up firearms to protect themselves (Luke 11:21-22). People are finally figuring out that things just are not lining up and that they are being blatantly lied to (Ephesians 4:14).
Gun Sales Skyrocket Amid Pandemic And Unrest Fears
When it comes to uncertain times, Americans turn to guns…in droves. According to FBI reports, the agency conducted background checks on nearly four million people looking to buy guns in the month of March alone, a figure more than one million higher than the previous March.
“People are turning on the news and looking at what’s happening in their neighborhoods and they can’t help but be concerned,” says Dan Predovich, a Denver-based former cop turned firearms instructor. “People instinctively know that the police are minutes away when seconds count and they want to be able to protect themselves and their families should the need arise.”
For security and survival consultant Alan Kay, the situation for many Americans has become dire. “The systems that we count on for protection have become unreliable,” he says. “People are scared and rightly so…and they’re arming themselves at historic levels.”
If the promises that have been made to the American people were actually being enacted and implemented, do you suppose that Americans would have to arm themselves in such large numbers, absolutely not!
