A federal judge has ordered criminal Hillary Clinton to sit for a deposition to address private emails and her illegal email server before Judicial Watch, but not Clinton has filed an appeal in order to overrule the order to testify about any of it.
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton dropped a bombshell on Friday the 13th: “Hillary Clinton APPEALS Ruling that She Must Testify About Emails.”

The Gateway Pundit reports:
In September Judge Royce Lamberth granted Judicial Watch SIGNIFICANT new discovery on the Hillary Clinton email and Benghazi scandals.
Judicial Watch in September released transcript from their hearing on August 22 where Judge Royce Lamberth granted new discovery and witnesses on Hillary Clinton’s email case.
Judge Lamberth, a Reagan appointee blasted State Department lawyers defending Hillary Clinton who were working to cover up her email scandal.
‘There is no FOIA exemption for political expedience, nor is there one for bureaucratic incompetence,’ Judge Lamberth said warning the government lawyers.
Judge Lamberth also lambasted the State Department lawyers when they tried to stop Judicial Watch from gathering more evidence in Hillary’s case.
Earlier this month, we reported:
A federal judge Monday granted a request from conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch to have former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sit for a sworn deposition to answer questions about her use of a private email server to conduct government business.
Clinton has argued that she has already answered questions about this and should not have to do so again, but D.C. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth said in his ruling that her past responses left much to be desired.
The judge went on to recognize that while Clinton responded to written questions in a separate case, “those responses were either incomplete, unhelpful, or cursory at best. Simply put her responses left many more questions than answers.” Lamberth said that using written questions this time “will only muddle any understanding of Secretary Clinton’s state of mind and fail to capture the full picture, this delaying the final disposition of this case even further.”
The ruling comes after Judicial Watch revealed at a December 2019 status conference that the FBI released “approximately thirty previously undisclosed Clinton emails,” and that the State Department “failed to fully explain” where they came from.
The State Department has been pushing for the discovery phase of the case to come to a close, but Lamberth said he is not ready to do so, saying that “there is still more to learn.”
On Thursday, we reported that Judicial Watch was going a step further and suing the Trump State Department for texts between Clinton and her chief deputy, Muslim Brotherhood-tied Huma Abedin.
On Wednesday, Judicial Watch announced that it was now suing the Trump State Department as part of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit to obtain:
- All text messages, encrypted app messages and instant messages involving official government business sent or received by former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton from January 1, 2009 through February 1, 2013.
- All text messages, encrypted app messages and instant messages involving official government business sent or received by former Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin from January 1, 2009 through February 1, 2013.
…
“Where are Hillary Clinton’s text messages?” asked Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “Judicial Watch uncovered the hidden Clinton emails and now we’ve uncovered that Secretary Clinton and her top aide Huma Abedin used text messages.”
Clinton has been caught in lie after lie after lie regarding her claims to have turned over all of her emails.
Judicial Watch reminds us, “Clinton repeatedly stated that the 55,000 pages of documents she turned over to the State Department in December 2014 included all of her work-related emails. In response to a court order in another Judicial Watch case, she declared under penalty of perjury that she had ‘directed that all my emails on clintonemail.com in my custody that were or are potentially federal records be provided to the Department of State, and on information and belief, this has been done.’”
Meanwhile, people following the anonymous Q are basking in theories that Trump is about to bring down the Cabal.
While I would be the happiest person in the world to see that take place and be counted as wrong, I just don’t think it will happen anymore than I think we’ll see anyone bring Hillary Clinton, or any of the other corrupt political forces to justice.
After all, it seems clear to me that even Trump has his debts to pay.
