Sons of Liberty RadioThe Supreme Court, in an outrageous ruling based more on “feelings” and “social obligation,” ruled in favor of sodomite marriage. One would think that liberals, the left, and the sodomites are happy, ecstatic, and overjoyed they stuck it to “conservatives” and us “Bible thumpers” — not hardly. Now that they were able to trample religious freedom, the sights focused on freedom of speech, courtesy of Oregon Labor Commissioner Brad Avakian.
Sweet Cakes by Melissa in Oregon made headlines when the establishment refused to bake a cake for a sodomite wedding, citing their Christian beliefs. Oregon Labor Commissioner Brad Avakian upheld a preliminary ruling that fined owners Aaron and Melissa Klein $135,000 in emotional damages to the same-sex couple. But, that’s not all. Along with the fine, Avakian added a provision forbidding the Kleins from speaking or writing about “their unwillingness to serve a gay marriage.”

So much for the “we just want equality and our rights as others” sodomite mantra and for the government not infringing on First Amendment guaranteed right to freedom of religion.
According to Breitbart:
The couple had accused the Kleins of “mental rape,” adding that they had suffered a “loss of appetite” and “impaired digestion,” which remarkably led to “weight gain.”
Gee, many Americans suffer from those same symptoms every time Obama, Pelosi, Boehner, McConnell, Reid, Feinstein, Kerry, Hillary and a host of Congressmen and Senators speak. Any lawyers want to take on a class action lawsuit? It’s equality, you know, and wanting our rights like others. However, let’s get back to the story.
In a typical liberal, left, sodomite fashion, Avakian twisted the facts of the case making it appear the Kleins refused to serve sodomite couples period. The Kleins served homosexuals happily in their bakery who did not seek a sodomite wedding cake.
“This case is not about a wedding cake or a marriage,” Avakian wrote. “It’s about a business’s refusal to serve someone because of their sexual orientation. Under Oregon law, that is illegal.”
Hold up there Sparky. The issue revolves around Christian business owners participating in an activity that is contrary to their religious beliefs — sodomite marriage and practicing sodomites — when approached by sodomites. And, in the recent Supreme Court ruling, the majority opinion stressed that the “right” to sodomite “marriage” does not trump religious liberty. But, because the State of Oregon couldn’t get the Kleins and their business on that issue, it chose to ignore the facts and trump up discrimination against sexual orientation charges.
The gag order Avakian wrote states, “The Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries hereby orders [Aaron and Melissa Klein] to cease and desist from publishing, circulating, issuing or displaying, or causing to be published … any communication to the effect that any of the accommodations … will be refused, withheld from or denied to, or that any discrimination be made against, any person on account of their sexual orientation.”
Interestingly, Avakian issued the “gag order” after the Kleins “participated in an interview with Family Research Council’s Tony Perkins.” Nice Nazi move, Avakian. During the interview, the Kleins vowed the fight is not over.
In the wake of Avakian’s Nazi move, Aaron Klein stated, “He wants to silence anyone who opposes his point of view. Unfortunately, he’s doing this with the wrong Christian, because I fight back.”
Klein also had a message for Americans and business owners.
“For years, we’ve heard same-sex marriage will not affect anybody,” he said. “I’m here firsthand to tell everyone in America that is has already affected people. Christians, get ready to take a stand. Get ready for civil disobedience.”
Writing on their Facebook page, the Kleins posted “This effectively strips us of all our First Amendment rights. According to the State of Oregon we neither have freedom of religion or freedom of speech.”
Anna Harmon, attorney for the Kleins, called the judgment “shocking” showing the state’s relentless campaign to punish residents who “live and work according to their faith.”
Speaking to the Daily Signal, Harmon stated, “Brad Avakian has been outspoken throughout this case about his intent to ‘rehabilitate’ those whose beliefs do not conform to the state’s idea. Now he has ruled that the Kleins’ simple statement of personal resolve to be true to their faith is unlawful. This is a brazen attack on every American’s right to freely speak and imposes government orthodoxy on those who do not agree with government sanctioned ideas.”
The Kleins will request a stay on the fine in an effort to delay the order and will undertake the appeals process. However, Aaron Klein intimated the timing of the case was no surprise since the official ruling came days after the Supreme Court decision. Mr. Klein suspects there is an “inappropriate relationship” between the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries and the gay rights group Basic Rights Oregon based on past claims. He also stated that Avakian sought to ruin his family financially since the bureau went after personal property instead of business assets.
“It has the potential to financially ruin our family … [Avakian] knew that full well going into this,” Klein said of the massive sum they have been mandated to pay after citing Christian views in declining the cake. “He did not seek business assets, he sought personal property.”
Mr. Klein added that the situation “flies in the face of the Constitution at every level.”
In an interesting twist, Avakian appointed the administrative law judge, Andrew McCollough, whose employer is the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries and made the initial ruling imposing the fine. However, McCollough rejected a “proposed order” by the plaintiffs’ attorney on squelching their freedom of speech. Avakian, who is an elected official, overturned that ruling and could increase or lower the fine established. From the set-up, it appears the Kleins did not receive an “impartial” unbiased hearing.
Because of harassment, vandalism of the business car, burglary, and the severing ties with the company done by photographers and florists, all due to the “peaceful movement” by sodomites, the Kleins relocated their business to the family home after closing in September 2013.
In typical left, liberal, Democrat, Obama fashion, sodomites relentlessly lied when they stated they only wanted marriage equality and that it would not affect others. They purposefully targeted Christian businesses with malice in order to “force” their “equality” down the throats of individuals who follow Christ. Next stop for the sodomites — “forcing” churches who follow Biblical teachings regarding sodomy and homosexual sin to perform “marriage” services. While they will try to deny it, all one has to do is look at what is taking place to see a pattern.
Most rational individuals whom businesses refuse to serve for whatever reason leave to find a business who will serve them; but, this group chooses to file lawsuits and complaints. Then, the sodomites parade around to every lamestream enemedia outlet to whine about someone refusing to participate in their “event” because of religious beliefs. This group wants not equality but superiority. With what occupies the White House, both chambers of Congress, the Supreme Court, and state government, they might get it if Christians do not rally to claim their God-given right to freedom of religion and freedom of speech. With some sects of Christianity choosing to disregard God and His Word (that would be the Episcopal church, Presbyterian Church, USA and the United Church of Christ), it makes it harder on the rest.
Christian business owners and churches that follow God’s laws and His Word could face a form of indentured servitude — forced to perform a compulsory service or labor against his/her will, either through creating a climate of fear or the use of some type of legal coercion — under government edict regarding sodomite “marriage.” It matters not that sodomites/homosexual make up an extreme minority in the nation; they expect everyone to bow to their demands.
Yes, these are generalizations of opinion made in similar fashion to the ones made regarding all gun owners, Southerners, and conservatives. If liberal left, Democrat sodomites find that offensive, get over it.
Despite God’s law spelled out without any ambiguity whatsoever in the Bible, sodomite/homosexual “marriage” divides the Christian community when it should not. However, some choose to follow “government orthodoxy” instead of God and Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, indicating to government that Christians will “wave with the breeze.” While some may, others hold fast to God’s law and refuse to capitulate.
To those who have capitulated, may God have mercy on your soul. For those who stand strong, the promise of everlasting life is yours. And, for government, true Christians will not submit to violations of God’s law, as His law is superior and you will not be placed before God. I stand with God and with the Kleins.
