Regardless Of Who Possesses The Land, It Is The Lord That Makes The Call!

“Not for thy righteousness, or for the uprightness of thine heart, dost thou go to possess their land: but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee, and that he may perform the word which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.” -Deuteronomy 9:5

At the beginning of this week, we knew that it was Christopher Columbus Day.  Columbus is famous for discovering on October 12, 1492 what we now know as the Americas.

Today, America is also a place of asylum for all who assimilate to the standard of law that the Lord has laid out through Common Law (Exodus 20). This standard of law is not lawlessness.

Columbus Day is now also being called “Indigenous People’s Day,” a day where natives see it as a day of oppression in response to them being displaced by those that discovered America.

Friends, we hear of their struggles and their tragedies and in many ways sympathize with them. Yet, there were many atrocities taking place that were not to be tolerated. (Amos 3:3; 2 Corinthians 6:14).

Here is a post shared widespread on social media platforms this last Monday.

I’m going to leave it right there for you to do further inquisitions concerning much of what the indigenous people were practicing before their displacement.

The Lord said:

“When thou art come into the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations.
There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch.

Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.

For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee.”  -Deuteronomy 18:9-12

There is no doubt that no one likes to pit the people against each other more than the mainstream media and the corrupt politicians.  Of course, they do this by giving you have truths or just blatant lies and to fuel their propaganda narratives (John 8:44).

“Race against race, religion against religion, prejudice against prejudice we hear of it all day long.”

This is designed to divide the people to more easily gain and wield control over their lives.  In other words, it’s divide and conquer.

Jesus said in Mark 3:25: “And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand.”

As Americans, we must not let that happen here.

We are all Americans in this country, under one God (Look to our laws), and He is who unites or divides us (Deuteronomy 4:6).

In conclusion: The Lord makes the calls here, friends. He knows best because all belongs to Him.

“For every beast of the forest is Mine, The cattle on a thousand hills. I know every bird of the mountains, And everything that moves in the field is Mine. …for the world is Mine, and all it contains.” Psalm 50:10-12

“For the kingdom is the LORD’S: and he is the governor among the nations”.  -Psalm 22:28
