Trump Indicted For Murder

Now, here is something with actual substance to it.  While the WWE show goes on in the US with Trump, of which he’ll not face any punishment because he is a part of the show, Iran has decided to indict him, along with more than 70 other American bureaucrats for the assassination of General Qassem Soleimani and those in his entourage back in 2020.

Why do I say this is something of substance?  Because it was an act of war when there was no immediate threat and Congress was not petitioned, as our Constitution lays out that all power to declare war is in the hands of the Congress (Article I, Section 8, Clause 11).  Let me say again, ONLY Congress has been given authority to declare war, something they have not done since World War II.

The Tehran Times reports:

Iran files indictment against U.S. officials for General Soleimani’s assassination

TEHRAN – Iran has taken new steps to proceed with its trial against the United States concerning the assassination of Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani, issuing an indictment against 73 American government and military officials.

The indictment, consisting of over 12,000 pages of documentation, was announced by Ali Alghasi-Mehr, the judiciary chief for Tehran province.

“After collecting more than 12,000 pages of documents, the 164-page indictment was issued against 73 American officials regarding the martyrdom of Hajj Qassem Soleimani and his companions and was referred to Tehran Criminal Court number 1,” he announced on Sunday.

Alghasi-Mehr stated that a public trial will be held next month.

“All the defendants, who are U.S. statesmen and military officials, have been officially notified of the case and required to introduce their lawyers,” he added.

So far, only 73 US bureaucrats have been named.  Among those are former U.S. President Donald Trump, who ordered Soleimani’s death, and Trump’s former Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo.

Last year, Iran’s judiciary said it has identified 97 suspects in the killing of Soleimani, including former US President, Donald Trump. Mohammad Mosaddegh, Deputy Chief of Iran’s Judiciary, announced on Wednesday that “legal measures have been initiated against 73 Americans” including Trump and former secretary of state, Mike Pompeo.

Soleimani, who held a prominent role in Iran’s military and intelligence operations abroad, oversaw the support and coordination of various militant proxy groups, including Lebanon’s Hezbollah and Shiite militias in Iraq, which frequently targeted US forces.

According to the 16-page indictment, which has been reported to contain more than 12,000 pages of documents, it’s been put together for quite some time.  In fact, I would guess it has been taking place since the attack.

Officially, Iran has issued indictments for 73 US citizens over their involvement in the assassination of former commander of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps’ Quds Force Lieut. Gen. Qassem Soleimani, according to First Deputy of the Iranian Judiciary Mohammad Mosaddeq on Wednesday.

Mosaddeq added that the judiciary has identified as of now 97 implicated individuals, noting that Iran is looking to bring to trial former US President Donald Trump for his part in the assassination.

According to Mosaddeq, Iran has sent requests for cooperation to nine countries suspected of involvement in coordinating the assassination, and some have already responded.

Tehran has repeatedly assured the US and “Israel” that it will avenge Soleimani’s murder and that it will keep them on their toes since they won’t know when and where they will come under attack.

Iran has also previously requested that Interpol issue a red notice for all those behind the assassination of Lieut. Gen. Soleimani, especially after Tehran identified the perpetrators in connection with the terror attack, including Trump, Pentagon officials, and American forces in the region.

Former Congressman Ron Paul commented in February 2020 on the failure of the US Congress to hold Trump accountable for actual crimes committed, and among those crimes was the Soleimani assassination.

Last month, President Trump authorized the assassination of a top Iranian General, Qassim Soleimani, and a top Iraqi military officer inside Iraqi territory while Soleimani was on a diplomatic mission.

Trump and his administration tried to claim that the attack was essential because of an “imminent threat” of a Soleimani attack on US troops in the region.

We found out shortly afterward that they lied about the “imminent threat.” The assassination was not “urgent” – it was planned back in June.

Trump then claimed it didn’t matter whether there was an imminent threat: Soleimani was a bad guy so he deserved to be assassinated.

But the attack was an act of war on Iran without Congressional declaration or authorization for war. Is that not perhaps a “high crime” or “misdemeanor”?

We are finding out that, contrary to Trump’s claims, Soleimani was not even behind the December attack on US troops in Iraq.

New evidence suggests it was actually an ISIS operation attempting to goad the US into moving against Iraq’s Shia militias.

Paul then added:

Fantasies about Trump being an agent of Putin or trying to get Ukraine to help him win the election are presented as urgent reasons Trump must be removed from office.

Real-life violations of the Constitution and reckless militarism that may get us embroiled in another Middle East war are shrugged off as “business as usual” by both Democrats and Republicans in Washington.

Democrats won’t move against Trump for what may be real “high crimes” and “misdemeanors” because they support his overseas aggression.

They just wish they were the ones pulling the trigger.

Exactly!  Everyone is covering their own backsides by covering Trump’s.  The People have failed to bring justice against those who are suppose to serve them and instead, they have created a form of political idolatry.  It’s time for America to repent of his wicked departure from God and seek His forgiveness and grace in this desperate hour.

Will Trump actually be tried?

Brian Shilhavy has some thoughts on this:

Skeptics and Zionist followers of the Trump Cult will be quick to point out that Iran has been trying to bring Trump to justice since 2020, the year Trump and the military assassinated General Qassem Soleimani, and that there is no chance Trump will ever stand trial in Iran.

But many things have changed since 2020, and even since September of 2023 when it was announced that Iran was preparing these indictments, just one month before the Hamas attack on Israel in October of 2023.

Also, recent events here in 2024 have dramatically changed the attitude in the Middle East with Iran and their allies.

The first one was the explosion of pro-Palestinian student protests here in the U.S., which, perhaps for the first time, showed many Muslim people in the Middle East that not all Americans are Zionists, and that many Americans actually support the cause of the Palestinian people to stop Israel’s genocide against them.

Secondly, Iran joined the BRICS alliance at the beginning of 2024, closely allying with China and Russia to form a new “Golden Triangle” that is seen to be able to keep American and Israeli Zionist aggression in check.

And lastly, military campaigns conducted by Iran and their proxies such as the Houthis have achieved far greater success than anyone in the West had previously thought was possible.

reported yesterday on the success of the Houthis from Yemen to totally disrupt Red Sea naval traffic, by taking on BOTH the UK and U.S. “powerful” naval forces, where after 6 months the Houthis attacks on Red Sea traffic heading to Israel have increased, and not decreased.

The most significant event of them all was Iran’s attack on Israel with over 300 attack drones and missiles, which was allegedly so impressive, that the U.S. had Joe Biden call Netanyahu and tell him to stand down on any retaliatory attack back on Iran.

Whether it happens or not, the American People should be the ones rendering justice, not a foreign power.
