Trump Proposes Deporting Millions Of Illegal Alien Invaders Using Insurrection Act

Illegal alien invasion of the united States along our southern border has been a hot topic as of late considering our border has collapsed, Mexico and the US have settled on an agreement for Mexico to strengthen its southern border, and the large influx of Congolese individuals coming to the US via Ecuador.  Exact numbers are unknown but reports indicate the Congolese are over-running San Antonio, Texas, on their way to Portland, Maine, which has requested a halt to illegal alien invaders due to strained resources.  Moreover, these illegal alien invaders are bringing diseases such as mumps, measles, etc. and the potential of Ebola from invaders originating from areas in Africa where a new Ebola outbreak has occurred.

Previously, Trump had indicated he favored some sort of “amnesty” for DREAMers, essentially abandoned his campaign platform on immigration, and appears to be following the swamp creatures when it comes to all forms of immigration.  Yet, in a moment of duplicity, Trump stated on Monday that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) will begin the deportation of millions of illegal alien invaders starting as early as next week.

The Daily Caller reported:

President Donald Trump said Monday that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) will begin mass deportations of illegal immigrants starting next week.

The president indicated that ICE intends on attempting to remove the millions of illegal immigrants currently residing in the U.S. According to a Pew Research Center study released last week, 10.5 million “unauthorized” immigrants lived in the U.S. in 2o17.

“Next week ICE will begin the process of removing the millions of illegal aliens who have illicitly found their way into the United States,” Trump tweeted late Monday night. “They will be removed as fast as they come in.”

Next week ICE will begin the process of removing the millions of illegal aliens who have illicitly found their way into the United States. They will be removed as fast as they come in. Mexico, using their strong immigration laws, is doing a very good job of stopping people…….

Trump also touted his new partnership with Mexico to help curb Central American migrants making their way to the U.S.-Mexico border. Mexico, in an attempt to prevent the U.S. from placing a 5% tariff on all of its exports, said they will deploy 6,000 National Guard troops to the Mexico-Guatemala border and will allow more asylum seekers to stay in Mexico.

First of all, there is plenty of skepticism on whether this will come to pass.  Trump has caved to every lower federal court when it comes to any lawsuit challenging his enforcement of constitutionally passed legislation.  When the united States is involved in a legal proceeding, the Supreme Court has the jurisdiction, constitutional authority, to adjudicate the case.  Constitutionally, Trump can tell those judges to pound sand.  And, many of the judges ruling against Trump are the swamp creatures he appointed.

Second, there are more than 10.5 million illegal alien invaders living in the united States.  That number has been floated around now for more than a decade.  No one really knows how many illegal alien invaders are in the US.  Based on conservative estimates, there could possibly be double that number.

Third, deporting the millions of illegal alien invaders does not address the collapse of our borders nor how to prevent the deported individuals from re-entering.  While Trump is patting himself on the back for brokering this deal with Mexico, that deal is only as good for as long as Mexico decides it will enforce its own immigration law.  Judging from past behavior, Mexico won’t uphold it very long because Mexico touts providing the illegal alien invaders who stay in the country a way to work, food, housing, etc.  If illegal alien invaders strain the US budget because of entitlements, imagine what it does to a country like Mexico.

The Daily Caller continued:

….long before they get to our Southern Border. Guatemala is getting ready to sign a Safe-Third Agreement. The only ones who won’t do anything are the Democrats in Congress. They must vote to get rid of the loopholes, and fix asylum! If so, Border Crisis will end quickly!

The president has reportedly been planning to ramp up deportations for some time. Immigration officials who spoke to The Washington Post in May said former Department of Homeland Security (DHS) chief Kirstjen Nielsen may have been ousted partially because of her opposition to such a plan.

“There was concern that it was being hastily put together, would be ineffective and might actually backfire by misdirecting resources away from critical border emergency response operations,” one DHS official said of the plan to target adult and child migrants for removal.

Nonetheless, multiple senior administration officials told The Daily Caller last month that the president was still planning on removing illegal immigrants from the U.S., and may even use the powers of the Insurrection Act to do so.

Trump’s DHS chief is opposed to deportation of illegal alien invaders.  Another swamp creature appointment rears its head to voice opposition.  Regardless of whether Nielson agrees or not, the authority of the president to see the laws are faithfully executed allows him to give that order to enforce immigration law, which she is required to follow.  On the flipside, should the president give an unlawful order, as in the case of Hussein Soetoro to cease enforcing immigration law, the department chief has an obligation to refuse to follow an unauthorized, unlawful order.  With all the procrastination Trump has done on enforcing the immigration law, one can hardly say Nielson was ousted because of her opposition to the law.

President Dwight D. Eisenhower ordered the deportation of millions under “Operation Wetback”.  Maybe someone in some administrative capacity in the White House should research that operation to see how skillfully Eisenhower did it in order to not reinvent the wheel, make the plan of deportation effective and discover what resources are available to maintain border security.

Trump has floated the idea of using the Insurrection Act for this mass deportation since May 2019.  And, he has been mulling over a new immigration plan directed toward merit-based immigration, which was drafted by Jared Kushner and Steven Miller.  At this point in time, Trump needs to spit or let go of the spittoon.  Enforcing the law is not rocket science.  But, Trump is trying to please everyone at the same time – Republicans, Democrats, anti-constitutionalists, constitutionalists, illegal alien invaders, DREAMers, and corporate donor handlers.  Well, you can’t please everyone so the best course of action is follow the law, instead of trying to invent new law to accommodate everyone, when that is an impossible task.

Ending entitlement programs for illegal alien invaders, as well as housing, health care, education and food programs, would lessen the attractiveness of the united States to those in other countries.  Even some entering through legal channels are sucking off the government teat – the taxpayer.  The Constitution provides a means to repel invasions.  The Congress is to call into service the citizen militia.  Right now, Congress can’t even wipe their own nose, much less legislate according to the Constitution to end asylum/refugee status, chain migration, and abuse of the visa system.  And, with agencies unable to even keep track of immigrants under any banner, it’s best to close down all immigration until government can get its ducks in a row.  Yes, it’s wishful thinking.

Trump isn’t playing 4D chess, chess or even checkers.  He’s trying to broker a deal to please everyone while ignoring the Constitution.  Unfortunately, there is no one in the White House or even inside the Beltway that holds a framers’ intent view of the Constitution.  But, as many a judge has said to many a defendant in court.  “Ignorance of the law is no excuse.”  The problem is their ignorance of the law is damaging citizens and this republic to the point it will be difficult to change its course.
