Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, a previously deported illegal alien, was in Judge Hannah Dugan’s Milwaukee courtroom on charges of domestic abuse.
But when ICE showed up, Judge Dugan allegedly colluded to obstruct immigration enforcement and help the illegal alien wife-beater make his escape.
According to federal authorities, Dugan first tried to pressure ICE personnel into leaving, then she directed Ruiz to flee through a ‘jury door’. ICE however chased him down and arrested him.
Then the FBI busted Judge Dugan.

Judge Dugan, who had previously worked with Catholic Charities, a pro-illegal alien migrant resettlement group, had gone further than previous officials in hiding illegal aliens from federal law enforcement.
But another judge in New Mexico went even further.
Former Doña Ana County Magistrate Judge Joel Cano and his wife, Nancy Cano, were taken into custody Thursday after federal agents raided their Las Cruces home.
The two face charges of evidence tampering amid allegations they harbored Cristhian Ortega-Lopez, an alleged illegal alien who is also believed to be a member of Venezuela’s notorious Tren de Aragua gang.
In a matter of two generations, Democrat officials had made the violation of immigration law into a praiseworthy matter. Now comes the accountability.
This hopefully marks the beginning of a new phase of enforcement against officials who obstruct the enforcement of immigration laws.
Judges have decided that they are the law, and therefore they can set the law and break the law, but now two judges are getting a lesson in the actual law.
