My friends, be encouraged! People across the united States are not sitting idly by and taking the tyranny being forced upon them and their children, and we’ve got some proof they aren’t! Pastor and author Matt Trewhella recently put together a new video where he makes the point that those who are really targeted in all of this is the same as any other tyrannical agenda, and that is our children.
Trewhella writes:
Across America, the people are rising up against one of the lowest form of elected magistrate – the school board member. School board members continue to neglect their duty before God and man – in upholding their oath to their State and U.S. Constitution.
School Board Members are magistrates. They possess lawful authority. They take an oath to uphold their state constitution and the U.S. Constitution. Therefore they have a duty to interpose and not obey when federal, state, or county officials require things that are immoral, unjust, or unconstitutional to their state constitution or the U. S. Constitution.
This is known as the doctrine of the lesser magistrates.
The lesser magistrate doctrine teaches that whenever the higher ranking civil authority makes unjust, immoral, or unconstitutional law, policy, or court opinion – it is the right and duty of the lesser ranking civil authority to interpose and not obey the superior authority – and if necessary, actively resist that authority.
Yet – most school board members hide behind the untrue slogan that they simply must obey the federal and state authorities.
Therefore, it is massively important that the people expose their lie and demand their interposition against lawless behavior by federal and state authorities.
We the people must engage our county and local magistrates – including school boards.
Interpose against the evil in our land.
