Video footage has surface in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where where a polling station in district 19 showed a sign hanging on the door as you enter the station that read “VOTE STRAIGHT DEMOCRAT.”  The sign is supposed to be deemed illegal.

The video went out over Twitter.

According to the user who posted the original video, ““THIS IS ELECTION TAMPERING.  I was sent this video by a friend who wishes to remain anonymous, I have blurred the reflections to obscure their identity. The attendant told this person “Don’t go making a fool of yourself”, after they complained… THIS MUST GO VIRAL.”

The people working the polling station were aware the sign was posted and that it was illegal, but apparently, they didn’t care.

Here’s the question, who in Pittsburgh or the state of Pennsylvania is going to arrest every single person working at the polling station and charge them with election meddling?  Will Robert Mueller be all over this?  Probably not.  How about Mad Maxine Waters or Nancy Pelosi or Chuck Schumer?  Nope, they don’t care either.  They are just fine with being promoted in such a fashion at the polls.

The Election Code of Pennsylvania prohibits electioneering at the polling place. 25 P.S. § 3060.

I obviously have a problem with the law because it seems to infringe on free speech, but it is there.  Now, if there are not teeth in that law to hold these polling station volunteers accountable, what good is that law?
