President Donald Trump continues to usurp the Constitution in the area of education with his latest desire for an executive order to promote “patriotic education,” something the Constitution gives neither him nor the Congress authority to do. Yet, in the UK, the Sons of Liberty’s health and wellness expert is constantly attacked for pointing out the lies of politicians, the NHS and the unlawful actions of police and the lockdowns. The specific things I addressed that are violations of the president’s education agenda are found in the 9th and 10th Amendments. Since we never gave Congress authority to legislate on education, and since federal law specifically prohibits it, along with funding and enforcement, then Trump is in violation of the Constitution with both his current global education agenda and also his executive order, but make no mistake, he is not the only one violating the Constitution on this issue. So is every other congressman and senator that votes for education agendas in DC, as well as any bureaucrat that is involved.

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
20USC §1232a. Prohibition against Federal control of education states:
No provision of any applicable program shall be construed to authorize any department, agency, officer, or employee of the United States to exercise any direction, supervision, or control over the curriculum, program of instruction, administration, or personnel of any educational institution, school, or school system, or over the selection of library resources, textbooks, or other printed or published instructional materials by any educational institution or school system, or to require the assignment or transportation of students or teachers in order to overcome racial imbalance.
