“Where The Law Ends, Tyranny Begins.” -John Locke
From the removal of prayer from public schools, or so we are told by the Supreme Court injustices (Ephesians 6:18) to the sanctioning of the murder of the innocent in the womb (Proverbs 6:17), to the removal of The 10 Commandments (Exodus 20), to the meddling into the affairs of what God has ordained concerning marriage to now include men “marrying” men and women “marrying” women, something that has never been since the history of mankind (Romans 1:24-23), to the freedom of speech except when it comes to the righteous exposing the darkness (Ephesians 5:13), to giving their interpretation of the 2nd Amendment of the Bill of Rights (Luke 11:21-22), we have seen these tyrants infringe on the liberty of the People and break the law.
What’s worse is when the American people have been so desensitized as to wait upon another decision when it comes from the benches of these unelected tyrants.
Speaking of the Second Amendment, we have a judge(?) in Ramsey County, Minnesota who assumed authority, like so many other injustices today have to take upon themselves, and rejected a bid to allow guns at the Minnesota State Fair, which, by the way, has from between 2-3 million people walking its streets every year. Does anyone understand the message this little tyrant just sent to the bad guys (Psalm 94:20)? She just subjected all of the people to the crimes of the armed.
“Since 1950, 94 percent of mass public shootings in the United States have taken place in gun-free zones, according to the Crime Prevention Research Center.”
I want you to think of this for a moment with me, please.
The President is protected with guns.
The Congress is protected with guns.
Governors are protected with guns.
Courts are protected with guns.
Banks are protected with guns.
Factories are protected with guns.
Jewelry stores are protected with guns.
Sports events are protected with guns.
Celebrities are protected with guns.
These injustice have clearly lost their lawful ways.
Now, I am just curious as to where this judge, as she is called, received delegated authority to deprive her constituents from the right to bear arms. It is not constitutional in any sense of the word, and neither are permits.
Article VI, Section 2 reads:
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
Judges are to uphold the law, not tear it down.
When going over to judges, in particular, it is of importance to take note of what it states.
“The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour” and if they fail to do so by acting out of their scope of authorities, then we are to remove them from office.
“The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” -Article II, Section 4 US Constitution
We are not to stop after the impeachment process is over with either. We are then to prosecute “the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law” (Article I, Section 3, Clause 7).
“To consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy.” —President Thomas Jefferson
Now, we even have riding piggyback on corrupt judges in hopes of disarming the American people the likes of the corrupt CDC, weighing in, as if to suggest that they have some legal authority in the matter, which they do not.
The CDC is not a law unto themselves nor can our representatives hand delegated authority from “We the People” over to them by something called “administrative law.” It is unconstitutional, which renders it null and void.
Conclusion: Where does it end? Where the law has always said it would end! When the people, under God, put their crimes to an end (Deuteronomy 4:6) that is when it ends and not until then!
