Act Of War Upon The Innocent? Judge Orders The Release Of 1,800 Prisoners “Murderers, Child Molesters” Back Onto The Streets – Sheriff Responds “Absurd”

“It is the job of civil government to condemn the crimes (criminals), not to justify them.” -Article 2, Section 3 US Constitution

If it is the government’s job to restrain men from sin, which it is; if it is the government’s job to maintain order, which it is; if it is the government’s job to justify the righteous and to condemn the wicked, which it is; why then would a judge want to release 1,800 criminals who are a “serious threat” back out onto the streets to jeopardize the security and the lives of the innocent (Deuteronomy 25:1)? Sounds more like an act of war upon the innocent.

Sounds a bit far-fetched, doesn’t it? Well, friends, it is not!

And all of this is over, we are told by the mainstream media, an invisible enemy Covid-19 (Ephesians 4:14).

CA sheriff refuses to release 1,800 inmates after judge’s order: ‘Serious threat’ to community

ACLU lawsuit sought release of medically vulnerable inmates due to COVID concerns

Orange County, Calif., Sheriff Don Barnes pushed back against an “absurd” order from a local Superior Court judge ordering the release of 1,800 inmates, including some who are locked up for murder and child molestation, due to the coronavirus.

He goes on “We’ve released 1,400 inmates to date since March for low-level offenders. The only inmates remaining now are serious offenders,” he explained. “Of the medically vulnerable, 90 of them are in custody for murder or attempted murder, 94 for child molestation.”

In the order, Judge Peter Wilson wrote that Barnes’ “deliberate indifference to the substantial risk of serious harm from COVID-19 infection to … medically vulnerable people in [his] custody violates their rights,” according to KCBS-TV of Los Angeles.

“Everybody in the community is at risk of COVID right now,” Barnes said in response to the judge, adding, “not considering the risk to the public they present by being released back into the community, I think is not only absurd, I think it places the community at significant risk …”

“He got a lot of his facts incorrect,” Barnes told co-host Ainsley Earhardt. “We have been testing inmates. We have been so far ahead of the curve when it came to best practices within our jails. We mitigated our COVID crisis from 220 in March to zero as of last Monday.”

In conclusion: This looks more like a deliberate act of war upon the innocent in an attempt to provoke the people to domestic insurrection (Declaration of Independence-Acts of deliberate war leveled by the king against the colonies). The people will defend themselves against such assaults and have the right in doing so (Luke 11:21-22).

This is, again, allegedly over a virus and yet, at the same time, churches are being attacked, small businesses are being forced to shut down, Planned Parenthoods are deemed essential and politicians are being exposed left and right for their hypocrisies (Proverbs 6:17, 17:15; Isaiah 5:20).

I praise God for good government, and in this case, a sheriff that is willing to do his job in protecting the innocent from the guilty (John 15:13)!
